I had different expectations that were exceeded.

Hotel is kinda old and outdated itself, but room was pretty newly renovated and very pleasant. View was great. Staff is english speaking and friendly.

There is only a small toilet in the iglu available. A shower is only available in the spa.

Relaxing place in the outskirts of Kuopio and nice activities! I really enjoyed the café by the beach as well and the food at the Kunnonpaikka restaurant.

There could have been a kettle in the room. The bathroom sink drain should be cleaned properly as the water was slow to flow down the drain.

Good location, good food, very friendly staff. Wellness services were also really nice.

When staying at an igloo boat, it would be nice ti have access to a shower later than 9pm.

The staff was amazing! They helped us benefit from the new prices set that were lower than what we'd paid through Booking. We also had a great chat with Lisa at the reception and learnt more about Finland! Nice swimming pool and games outdoor. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in the middle of a housing development, so the location is not as rural as one might expect from the pictures. It's also a "serious" spa hotel and the reception and restaurant areas feel more like service areas of a swimming pool than a hotel. The food in the restaurant was average as was the breakfast. The room was also on the expensive side, but that was probably due to the winter holiday season.

Decent and clean hotel. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Parking was free of charge and there was enough space for it. The view from the room was to the lakeside.

A bit outdated interior, but we didn’t mind that. Unfortunately, room was quite poorly cleaned, especially bathroom.

Friendly reception staff. Good value for money since spa access is included. We got a free upgrade to Superior room (thanks to genius level in Booking.com), the room had robes and slippers, and they were super useful for the spa. The spa is small but cute. Breakfast was very good, and we even got some extra vegan options upon asking the kitchen (we have provided our dietary info when making reservation), super big thanks for that! The same restaurant that provides breakfast is open in the evening and has some vegan dishes on the menu.

There is a sense of old fashioned, but the facilities are clean and serve well the relax of the guests. The staff of dinner were specially kind, even if we need to wait a long time for the dinner, die to many guests at same time.

The place is near the lake in a beautiful setting. The Autumn brings already some wind and the garden does not seem fresh and shiny, but still good for walking around with the dog. The breakfast was good. The staff was attentions and the facilities agreeable, although a bit old already Quiet. Rooms are clean

Quite expensive, maybe because we booked on the same day? Had to wait 50 mins for a pizza. So not much to complain.

Pretty view from the superior room to the lake. Excellent swimming pool and hot tub and the gym was good, too. Room had aircon and was clean.
