We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FinlandKing size bed does not really mean two normal beds just moved together.... The beds do not stay together so that was bit uncomfortable. For the restaurant reservation we had asked quiet table but were seated right to the way where people walk. Luckily there were cancellations and we were able to change the table.
Breakfast was really great! Room was really value for money! Mustio Manor gardens are spectacular so there was plenty of things to see while walking. The restaurant was really, really nice.

BelgiumI would have liked the dinner even more if the main course(s) would also have been part of the buffet. Now the main course was a bit small for my taste. The room was nice and quiet, but there was no hook in the bathroom where I could hang my bathrobe.
The place has a long history and it's famous for the great views one gets when visiting. I liked the restaurant where we had dinner. We had a Christmas buffet, where the starters and dessert were according to the principle "eat all you can". The main course was brought directly to the table. The starters were delicious and I appreciated that I could eat as much as I wanted.

FinlandIn both days the temperature outside was 11 degrees celsius during the day and 8 during the night. The room was cold on the day of our arrival, and the floor was freezing, the room had the radiator and the heater, so it took 2-3 hours to make it worm and cozy.
The architecture and the views were very nice. A small dive into the Finnish history. The tour around the mansion was informative. The room was clean and had everything that we needed.

Unique historical location with a big territory to discover. The park and all of its sculptures, architectural pieces are so special. It was like being on a quest. The museum and the guide was very special as well. The best part was the restaurant - wonderful staff and cuisine!
