Nothing really, breakfast served in a different building, but I guess that was not a big deal, but perhaps extend the hours, such as until 10.30 or 11. I was in tower A, breakfast was in tower B (so for those in tower B they would be in the same building).

The location was excellent, 1 minute walk from some of the main trams stops, and plenty of buses. About 5 minutes walks from the bay and beach. Plenty of supermarkets all around it (K-markt and Alepa), and also some good restaurants. I cannot comment about the breakfast simply because I did not go, but I knew it was included in the room rate. I would definitively go back.

- single room is almost 3 times smaller that the room with double bed and a kitchen and the price difference is not fair - there is only one waste bin in the single room - a duvet cover had a huge hole - there is no shampoo - a bathroom door in a single room had a ball knob, what is very inconvenient - impossible to open with wet hands - a single bed was not the most comfortable

- friendly staff - pretty big variety of food and beverages at breakfast - free washing and drying machines - warm and quiet room - good connections with public transport - impressive water pressure in the shower

The breakfast was very good. The apartment looked a little tired but nothing too bad.

Soap was provided at the sink but not in the shower cabin, we had to pump the soap and use a water glass to transport it to the shower. Guests were asked to wash their dishes themselves, the last guests had been a bit careless, so some plates were greasy; in my mind, it would be more hygienic in the Corona times to do dishing in some dishwasher!

Very good location, in the centre buit still queit, a lot of green around the building. Spacious, high rooms, big windows, a lot of daylight. Very friendly staff.

Since the reservation all the information was clear like for example information about the check-in, check-out, services included like free access to the laundrey room. You will find working stations. The place is located near the city center.

The apartment was not ready at 15.15 ... I had told that we will arrive in this time. We had to wait about an hour. The bathrooms sink was not in order and the kitchens towel was dirty.

Location was good.Beds were good and breakfast normal.

It is not a hotel, and it is not mentioned anywhere. That was ok for me because I was traveling alone. Breakfast is basic A bit expensive for a student room A bit far from the center but this is something I knew in advance

This is not a hotel but a part of university campus of Helsinki. Nice simple basic rooms that have almost everything you need.

The place where breakfast items were served is very narrow and long. This created terrible congestion - there was absolutely no way to keep a distance from anyone, you were always back to back or trying to squeeze through. So surprising when keeping a 6' distance has been the rule everywhere. If you waited for the area to clear, breakfast would be over. So, in fact, on a day we forgot to wear our masks down, my husband contracted Covid. 2 days later I came down with it, too. It was the only place we were close to others, and some were coughing. The eating area is spacious, but the serving area should have been redesigned 2 years ago.

The apartment was spacious and very quiet. Good security. The furnishings were spare but what we needed. The staff at the reception desk were always helpful and courteous. Since we were traveling for several weeks, we loved having free laundry downstairs. Having breakfast provided was a nice bonus as well. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. We didn't try the sauna or fitness rooms. The facilities were certainly complete! Note: if you are using public transportation, find all the bus/tram stops. The main one is about 6 blocks away (with a big hill) but 3 others are only a block or two, depending on where you are going. Google maps doesn't give you all the options,

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was pretty spacious but the bathroom was a bit small and outdated.

Clean, efficient, basic accommodation in one of the best locations in the city. The crowd here is very mixed from professionals to students. We didn't try the breakfast but we did use the washing machine which was convenient. It is a very simple, no-frills kind of spot so if you're looking for a vacation feeling, you won't find it here. But if you just want a very central base with a fully equipped kitchen, where everything is functional, this is a great option.

The mattrass was too hard, not very comfortable.

Breakfast was great, the staff accommodating (I wanted to switch to another room). The room was small, but had everything you need for a short stay, and importantly, it was quiet.
