Once we got there, the main elevator was broken. During stay also second (Cargo elevator) was closed for maintenance. So it was uncomfortable with kids going up and down from the fourth floor. Also pool should be a bit warmer

It was a lot of noise and it continued until 1 in the morning. Like a party going on, with lots of yelling. The bathroom was not very clean and smelled. The price didn’t reach the expectations we had on the room and the comfortability.

The location was good and the check in and check out was good. The parking was good.

Hotel is in the city center, by the river bank and near the border with Sweden. It's clean and quiet. Breakfasts are very good with huge choice of different foods.

We stayed for a Saturday night. There was a club nearby with blasting music until 4am, which was quite annoying to sleep to. Probably if our room was located towards the other side of the hotel it would have been much better, I wish I had been warned of this and given the chance to select a quieter room.

Great location, easy access by public transportation. Very good communitacion with staff before arrival. The facilities were really good. The indoor pool was a nice bonus! Breakfast was delicious with good selection!

The downside of this hotel is the cleaning. The floor in our room was very dusty and we found old snacks from previous guests on it. The glasses were also not cleaned properly. Our room was very basic and did not reflect the pictures on booking.com.

The breakfast is very nice with a great selection of food. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very quiet. Another great thing about the hotel is its location!

One bed was rocky hard and the other way too soft. Didn't sleep well and breakfast was little (not what you expected for that price).

The beds were hard as rocks. Outdated rooms, simple interior. Bathroom was a real downer.

The staff was excellent. Incredible service in the reception, and in the restaurant. Breakfast was great! Also food in restaurant was superb. Location was perfect, and bonus with gym and pool, though the water was freezing.

Room was quite small, but not a problem for just a one-night stay.

Very prompt email responses to booking queries. I arrived very late and staff gave precise instructions as to how to pick up my key on arrival. I was passing through Tornio and only stayed one night, so didn't get much of a feel for the facilities. But the location by the river was nice and the breakfast excellent. Good parking facilities out back, and a good range of local products available to buy at reception.

We tried to get someoen at the front desk to check out but there was no one. Then we noticed the self check out and made it.

Small details need fixing: AC was settled to 15 C (=cold!) on arrival, floor slightly broken, only 1 spoon available at the room reserved for two.

Clean and tidy, nice (copy) art on wall (Kandinsky & Macke), handy although tight parking, breakfast good as usual at good hotels, nice flowers outside, convenient location
