Small, easy improvement (and one many hotels could use): more hooks / towel racks in the bathroom or room. We really needed to be creative about where to hang our towels / sauna towels / clothes.

Free slippers would have been nice. Also, I couldn't reduce or turn off the heat in the room (the control didn't seem to make any difference).

Great location, facilities and staff. Very well organised activities. They supply the appropriate clothing. The restaurant and sofas area with the fireplaces is unexpectedly nice. Breakfast was very of high quality with tons of options. The view from the restaurant hall was superb.

One day after breakfast we wanted to rent snowshoes in the hotel for a private activity which did not work out. The reception sent us to the activities desk where, however, no one was. We tried three times between 8.45 and 9.30 but there was no one there. We then went directly to the house where the rental equipment was provided. However, the guy there sent us back again to the reception, which sent us to the activities desk, and so on... Finally, we did not succeed to rent snowshoes at the hotel and had to rent them at another place in Inari. In sum, the hotel provides all material if you participate in booked activities. If you organize some activities by yourself, it might be better to not rely on the hotel.

Hotel, staff, food and location were all really excellent! Highly recommended!

Everything is great!

The lobby is really beautiful and a nice place to rest at the end of the day. Warm and cozy with a very welcoming staff. Perfect for a few drinks near the fireplace. The breakfast is also amazing, plenty of variety and with a nice view over the lake!

The location is fantastic, great for norther light spotting and just admiring the scenery. The reception area was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink and relax. Food was good and activities on offer were great!

The only thing that I was disappointed by was the activities desk saying I could not cross-country ski, saying "not enough snow" though it looked enough to me.

The main lodge with the fireplace and stunning dining room overlooking the lake was beautiful, very special. The staff all of them (I believe it was just women I dealt with) were outstanding and fun to speak with as well.

The log cabin was so clean and very well organized. same as the photos. the location were too nice next to the lake. you can see the aurora from the lake if you are lucky. for us we could saw it a bit because the weather was too cloudy. but definitely it’s a place where I come back. we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. what could be improved is the breakfast like improve the variety.

No Wi-Fi in the room moreso silly reason that we want u to watch Aurora (understandable in night but no reason for restricting Wi-Fi access during day). Access roads very slippery and I had a bad fall.. not much proactive support with luggage etc by staff..

The room was fine. The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal. But the very best of all was the staff - they were incredible - friendly and helpful! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and they went "over and above" to help us with a problem we had. Highly recommended!

Good hotel located next to Lake Inari and 1 kilometer from Inari. The staff is very attentive and recommends places to go. The hotel has a restaurant with good views of the lake. Breakfast is a buffet. It also has a sauna, which is next to the lake

The most beautiful property in Inari. Great staff, restaurant and facilities. Right by the lake. We stayed in cabins with Sauna- wonderful, modern design, and from our cabin, we saw Northern lights during our stay! loved it!
