  “Amazing property, the chalets are extremely comfortable with good views of the lake and great ones of the sky. The fireplace, the sauna all really help keeping warm and its utterly cosy. The additional space is always useful even between just two people. The floor-ceiling windows in the chalet give pretty good northern light views, though the best ones are definitely from across the lake. The property also provides full winter gear if you book any activity with them, to keep for the duration of the stay, which really is useful!”

  “The location is beautiful, peaceful and cosy! Very idyllic scenery and it felt very private to have a cabin to ourselves. The self-check in was easy and all instructions were clear.”

  “You’re in the middle of nowhere surrounded by over 100 huskies. How amazing! The dogs are all so kind, you can pet them all. We had a bbq in the communal huts, where you can make your fire and hang out. Good breakfast. It was such a great experience! Don’t expect luxury though. There is an eco toilet in the cabin, but no kitchen or shower. Washing is done in the sauna, if you need. We prepared our tea on the wood fire in the cabin.”

  “Had a great time at the husky hut. Had our own cabin and lit our stove to keep ourselves nice and cosy. Breakfast was tasty in the morning. Really enjoyed lighting up the sauna which also doubled as our shower”

  “Great place to stay in Inari. Overlooking the lake & right next to the safari/activity centre. Good breakfast, comfortable beds & friendly staff. Only downside was the limited TV channels (not that we went to Finland to watch English TV) & limited cleaning/towel change etc. When we visit Inari again we will stay here”

  “First of all the concept in itself is great to put a cabin in the middle of the lake and watch the northern lights. The hosts are wonderful and their willingness to share their knowledge is great for the stay.”

  “The room was a lot larger than I expected and very comfortable. Also the room was quiet, even though one night there was a loud party going on pretty much next door in the same building (which I only noticed when I was actually outside the building). The breakfast buffet was also good with a large selection.”

  “We had a beautiful locally sourced meal at the restaurant and a nice breakfast. Unfortunately we were just passing through on our way to Kirkines as Inari looked like a great place to visit and I’d like to see it in summer.”
