Breakfast was good, hotel room was big. Staff was super nice. We were visiting offseason so nothing much happening. Hotel was pretty old, but overall good experience, would like to visit again @ season time.

Missing information were to leave your tray when finishing breakfast, so many just left everything on the table. Standard room rate quite high.

Location is perfect, facilities are old but still good, helpful staff. Charging possibility for several cars, both electric and hybrid.

The spa is for children. The area is a play area and the water is cold. In Finland it can be cold and rainy even in summer so it would be nice with a spa area with warm water and peace and quiet.

The service and food and cleanliness of the beach restaurant was a bit poor and the food was very expensive for what it was.

The room was basic and somewhat dirty, no shampoo or coffee in the room, the swimming pools were dirty and the hot tub was very small for the size of the resort.

There was no shampoo and lotion or slippers in the room like it said and showed online when we made the reservation. Also online when we made the reservation it said there was free parking and we were charged for parking.

We had burgers and a drink for dinner and it was delicious. The refrigerator in our room didn't work and someone came to help us and brought us a working refrigerator

The offering of vegetarian dishes in the hotel restaurant was quite poor and not tempting at all. And the beautiful scenery to the sea was destroyed by the padel walls. :/ Pillows were poor and should be updated for better sleeping quality.

The hotel is located at a very beautiful beach and has nice nature trails.

The pet-friendly room was rather dirty - dog and human hair on the floor, couch, and bed; the bathroom was filled with old, hard stains; and there was sand on the floor. Disappointing, even more so when considering the additional €20 fee for bringing in a pet. The air cooling machine makes plenty of noise—just like the nearby exterior appliances, though they are not that problematic, and it's understandable that not everything can be perfect.

The location, i.e., the beach, is excellent. The hotel is quite large and offers a lot, though the facilities (the restaurant and its food, the pools, and the gym) are rather modest - they are small and offer moderate services.

Although the hotel is right on the beach, to get to the beach one needs to exit towards the parking lot and go around the hotel, that’s so odd, and stressful for families with kids. There is no water tap to rinse your feet as you get back to the hotel, so you end up bringing sand inside your room. Rooms have no dryer for your swim clothes, nor enough wall hangers / hooks in the bathroom.

The location is amazing. The food was really good, also good variety of restaurants. Our kids loved that there was a spa.

The hotel is a bit worn down and is in need of a facelift. The aircon in our room wasn’t really working and none of the windows could be opened for air. It looked however that some refurbishment is ongoing.

Location just by the amazing beach couldn’t be any better. Plenty of free parking right (50 m) outside the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

- There was soap in the bathroom, but all other toiletries had to be bought from downstairs, including spa slippers. Not cool for a 4 stars hotel - No air conditioning in the room - Breakfast was ok, but there were no croissants :( - The pillows could be better

Air conditioner was heating the room rather than cooling it. Was better to just use the fan. Couldn't open the window(since it was very hot during the day). Also I Dont understand why the parking is not free for the costumers. Although there are plenty of free parking a walk away,so it wasnt an issue.

Perfect location right next to the beach, seaview, great restaurant. Spa looked nice. Tasty breakfast and lunch buffets.
