Nothing. Loved it all. A trip full of great memories. It was our 50th Wedding Anniversay.

The location by the sea. Beautiful manicured gardens. Paradise. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

The access road to the property is not in a very good state a four wheel drive car or similar is needed to access the property. Our little car just about made it there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and right by the sea.

The weather LOL - wet season prevailed Now only because it rained so much, I was there for 3 weeks and I couldn't get my clothes dry I had my washing done - unfortunately it wasnt cleaned like we would would back home, some came back with grease stains, sometimes not quiet dry and scrunched up (not folded) and it's very expensive to get done Again being there 3 weeks it would have been nice to have had my sheets / pillow case changed (but I could have asked) the humidity and sweat were definitely making things a bit smelly the last week

The peace and serenity and amazing staff The snorkelling is amazing Chef did his absolute best to accommodate my eating issues 😀 The wonderful guests I met

Communication for being picked up wasn't great. Should have been given complimentary water in room, as they provided kettle but the water from tap wasn't suitable to drink even if boiled. Pool was not very clean and there was a smaller pool, maybe a hot tub, but it was so brown and filthy I didn't investigate

It was very quiet as far from the main road. Free 10 min massage The WiFi was great even reached my room. Buffet breakfast was great, I was so full I struggled to eat my evening meal, which wasn't buffet or expensive like some reviews suggest. Stunning views

Firstly, we stayed over New Year! This festive celebratory season certainly elevated the volume level of music to excessive decibels, which saw us inside our darkened room, with the air-conditioning on to help drown out the loud music. Guess we did not expect New Year celebrations and music to last until 5.30am and now understand more of the wonderful Fijian celebratory culture! The complimentary 10 minute massage idea was a lovely gesture but the delivery of the service was disappointing. I realise now that these value add services may not be a focus within Fiji Resort tourism and perhaps my expectations were too high.

This resort is nestled away in quite a private location, which was lovely, with a splendid view as we drove up over the hill to look out over both resort and beach. We did have a hire car, so not sure how easy it would be for ease of getting to and from. Our beach front room was lovely, large and comfortable with a neat outdoor shower, used as a preference to the one indoors. We loved the screened wooden louvre windows on our bure, however had to keep them closed when the air-conditioner was on, which made inside dark. The beach side bar was a great addition to enjoy both a beverage or two and sunsets, as was the top dining balcony. Meal selections were diverse and tasty and you only paid for what you ordered. A nice change from paying upfront for 'Food Packages'.

The prices of the food offered here are a bit high. Although breakfast is complimentary, if you want eggs, you will have to pay 10 FJD for them. Unfortunately, the room we had booked was not available upon arrival. However, the staff was able to provide us with a suitable alternative. I would recommend calling ahead to confirm your reservation.

The place is beautiful and very quiet. Ideal for people who want to take a break from the hectic life. The staff is very friendly and always ready to serve you with a smile. The room and the facilities are clean and the general atmosphere invites rest and tranquility. This place is seriously beautiful and super quiet, perfect if you need a break from the crazy busy life. The staff are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The rooms and facilities are kept clean, and the vibe is all about chillin' out and finding peace.

It is an eco resort so there are no aircon units in the room. It's usually okay because it's located up the hill so there is a breeze but when there is no breeze, it can get a bit hot. The only other negative would probably be the bathroom, which are a bit dark and probably could use some remodelling but not deterring factors if you're looking to stay.

Great place for a weekend getaway from Suva. Located only 1.5 hours from Suva, the resort is all inclusive with activities and continental breakfast. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the place was so serene and relaxing. Will definitely go back if I have another weekend in Suva.

The only thing to be aware of (not a criticism, just an FYI); The continental breakfast is quite light compared to the big resorts (limited to toast, muffins, and a few fruits) - so you'll probably won't be able to make it through from brekky to dinner (i.e. you'll need lunch each day - which is really nice and well priced anyway).

Crusoe's is a fantastic little secluded place on the Coral Coast. All of the staff are amazing, welcoming, and always friendly - everyone from the reception to the chefs. They have a heap of different activities each day that you can choose to join or not. We particularly enjoyed the coconut husking and opening with JJ (and found out we'd been doing it wrong for our whole lives haha). The massages were also amazing if that's your thing. The room was huge and really comfortable - and felt like it had been updated recently This is a great place for a more personal and friendly break from the other resorts.

The pool area wasn't to bad but could do with an upgrade, the spa was beautiful but the pool itself was rundown and murky the whole time we were there, not sure why but doesn't give resort vibes. Also the dinner menu could use an upgrade the lunch menu is huge with pizza and burgers but the dinner menu essentially only has currys. the risotto and lasagne were out of stock the whole time we were there and when we asked to order something from the lunch menu instead they weren't very happy and said we could only get chicken or beef burgers. I think an upgrade to the menu and adding a few lunch options to dinner would make this place perfect.

Where do I start, honestly such a beautiful unique experience you won't find with the bigger flasher resorts, there is a real sense of community there and because it's smaller it feels quite and more intimate. We stayed in the deluxe bure and I cannot recommend them enough, they have aircon, out door showers and beautiful big lounger on there deck that looks out to the coral coast, which for the price is something alot of other resorts don't offer, although it's very secluded there is always something to do there, we were there for four days and were busy everyday. This is in no way a 5 stay resort like the sofitel or Hilton but what you pay for crusoes far exceeds what you get in return. It has a rich history and the village tuor is highly recommended as it shows you how the staff live and what we do to help, makes you feel more connected to fiji. Overall if your wanting a more authentic fiji experience, but still get the resort feel I highly recommend crusoes.

Prices for the meals were a bit more than expected but still the food was absolutely wonderful.

We enjoyed the whole experience. The resort being connected to the village provides an opportunity to see into the lives of native Fijians. We have made friends for life with the staff and some of the villagers. In addition, our fellow travellers are now also staying connected with us after our return to Canada. The staff are all wonderful and engaging, they spent time well beyond what we expected to insure our happiness and also knew when it was time to step back and just let us RELAX!

Quite far away from everything so you might need to bring food with you cause the food at the resort is pricey as you won’t leave the resort. Breakfast was kind of average not a big selection and same with the dinner menu. Probably a good place for a backpacker not a couple or family.

The location how it was in a cove was neat. It was quiet too

The double booked room. We had booked a seaside bure and could only have it for one night instead of 4. It was a special break away and I was upset we couldn't stay in the room I had booked. BUT, the garden view bure we had the last two nights was absolutely lovely.

Fantastic staff. Good food and an lovely location miles from big towns. After a huge screw up with our accommodation - the room was double booked which was incredibly disappointing, they went above and beyond to make our stay as stress-free as possible. The food and wine isn't on the cheap side but big meals, good food and the staff are happy to let you take to your room if you don't fancy dining with others. I can't remember the name of anyone ever but the manager and the lady that organised tours there were fantastic.

There are no places to lounge during the day, only 6 sun lounges by the pool (2 of 3 umbrellas were under repair) and about the same down by the sea. Not enough with a full hotel. Otherwise, the dining hall which isn't comfortable for more than a meal. My room had no aircon, luckily not needed while I was their but not practical in summer. My curtains didn't go to the ground, so let light in. I also had a security light shining into my room the entire night, making it very difficult to sleep. Definitely needs to be replaced with a full dark and heavy curtain to block out light. Room advertised a hair dryer and mosquito net, which was not the case.

Stunning location, beautiful views. The jacuzzi was fantastic for days when it was overcast and raining as it was undercover. The free entertainment and tours were a great idea, although a few of them didn't seem to go ahead, with no notice. Free hire of snorkeling equipment and kayaks.

Liked the whole package. Good idea to stop on your way and purchase some nibbles and drinks for your room as it is a remote location.

I liked the location, being remote and the size of the resort. No-one was in your face, lovely and peaceful and relaxing. The bures were a great size and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Other meals were fine. The staff were very helpful and kind. Lovely having your own private beach and entertainment to enjoy in the evening.
