Nothing really apart from no bottled water in the room which should be standard. The room was lovely but had a cheap plastic container to put the soap in.

We stayed at the place down the road from the main building. Which is completely fine, but used the car e wry time to drive up to the main building. The spa was nice, but the hot tub really wasn’t warm at all. It

The evening menu offers some choice but not much for vegetarians. The spa facilities need a bit of TLC, upgrading and cleaning.

The location was tranquil, enough out of the way in order to feel disconnected from the world,.but not far to go for facilities such as restaurants, shops etc. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Many of the staff multilingual. Breakfasts great, spa facilities available.

Would be great to have the spa opened until later in the evening (e.g 21-22).

The property is wonderful. In the middle of the fields, far from main roads it is quiet and perfect for relaxation. The buildings are very well maintained and the inside decorations fit perfectly with the landscape. The spa facilities are great, but can be used only between 11 until 19 (in Feb). The room in which we staid was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom were good. The WiFi functioned very well in the whole Finca and the parking lots are sufficient to accommodate the cars of guests. The breakfast was good for the price we paid. Overall great experience and good value for the money!

The finca is spread over a large area with lots of outbuildings and unusual walled areas and you can see that it would have been truly magnificent in it's prime but parts of it need investment and tlc now.

The location is fabulous, surrounded by mountains, sheep, geese and a few pigs. So peaceful. A perfect getaway although we stayed in February with a handful of other guests so I imagine it's very different in full summer.

Lots of small noisy children around the pool - no lifeguard or member of staff to ensure peace and quiet for the people who were clearly there to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Idyllic location and truly Spanish in feel - decor and food. Facilities are immaculate and bedrooms beautifully appointed. Nice walks possible from the front door.

Didn’t realize we’d be in a different building so far away from the main pools. We travelled with friends and it was disappointing to be so far from them.

Some of the staff are very dismissive and do not make you feel welcome particularly the head waiter who is cold and quite rude which is a real shame

The Sauna and Pool could use some quick renovations. You can see this is a bit older and with some little work done it would be looking amazing again.

Let’s first start with the hotel staff. They are the best. Super helpful and super friendly, they made us feel like regulars from day 1. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s rural and a bit remote so you will need a car. The hotel is a bit older but we enjoyed this vintage vibe. The restaurant is really nice and for vegetarians they always offer to make you something special outside of the regular menu. Breakfast is good, simple but with enough options for you to choose something and also to eat healthy.

The breakfast was ok, although the coffee was not great and the cooked food was very salty. Also, as we went out of season not all the spa features were working - I am sure if we had asked it would not have been a problem. But i did not want to put the sauna on just for me.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially as we had arrived that morning on the ferry at 5am to Mallorca. We were able to use the hotel facilities for the day before out room was ready, so we arrived at 8am, paid for an additional breakfast and then spent the morning by the pool. Dinner was great, having a bottle of wine of the veranda before heading into a lovely dinner with a table with an excellent view. Although if you want one of those great tables go early!

We booked the room with the kitchenette so that we could make our own lunches and perhaps dinners but there were only very basic facilities and only two plates, glasses and cutlery even though there were three of us and no cupboards to store food. The spare bed for my daughter wasn't very comfy and had to ask for a blanket as she only had a sheet. Our bed was very comfortable and other than the kitchenette it was a great room with lovely outside space.

The location was excellent for those wanting peace and quiet away from crowds. Easy to get to by car and we used the hotel as a base to explore the island. The views were wonderful and the pool was perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Soundproofing is very bad, you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and neighbouring rooms. Bathroom door was scratching the floor really loud.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was exacty as described, very spacious and clean, had a nice little terrace. There is a pool and sunbeds, you can order drinks from a little bar. Breakfast was nice.

We did not expect the annexe to be so isolated from the main hotel which drove us to request a transfer, as the annexe is more aligned to a 3 star hotel environment. However, the hotel manager was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our objective feedback and offering us accommodation in the main hotel.

Beautiful surrounding scenery, quiet and characterful with excellent breakfast and pool area.
