More vegan options for dinner.

The housekeeping were excellent and Oripa always made sure everything in Our villa was good. The vegan options at breakfast were great and the chefs very helpful. Ester on reception was wonderful.

Breakfast room too large and too many people, adults only space would be good. I was asked to give a credit card to have $1000 put on hold for room expenses but it was not put on hold at all, showed up on my credit card as a purchase. I queried this but had no satisfactory explanation. We booked an Ocean View Villa but our room was directly looking at the pool, towel hut with a small view of the sea. This was misleading advertising. While we enjoyed our room it was not as advertised.

Every single thing about this place was amazing! Fantastic location, facilities, staff, pools, gardens, restaurants and the rooms. We had plenty of room for the whole family and we loved how the rooms were situated with the kitchen in the middle. The food at the restaurants was the best ever and the staff was wonderful. The location couldn't have been any better. The entertainment was wonderful as well.

Sheraton Denarau Villas was the perfect spot for our family of four! We need two bedrooms and a small kitchen and laundry (which we used daily!). The breakfasts are lovely and not too crowded. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our rooms and bed were very comfortable and came with everything we needed. There’s a small grocery store right next door, pool access right outside our room, a bar and restaurant a short walk away - all this without even being in the main resort - a 2 min walk from our room. We were very happy with our stay and convenience of location for nearby adventure. Highly recommend the zipline park at Sleeping Giant Mountain and the Big Bula waterpark if travelling with kids!

Prices in restaurants could have been more reasonable. They were over the top as far as pricing!

Breakfast was plentiful. The facility was a bit too large & we had trouble finding everything. The pool was clean, warm & lovely. The one we stayed at everyday had just the right number of people & not many kids. Dinners were far too expensive so we didn’t eat there often. Room service was much more reasonable.

Buffet breakfast was the same everyday. The restaurants in the hotel were expensive. However, it is easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

Spacious villa with 2 bathrooms, kitchen & TV area. Beautiful view of the garden from the villa. Many pools to choose from. Amazing view of the ocean. Staff were accommodating & friendly.

Very outdated. Especially the Villas. Not enough activities as it rained for most of our stay. Should put on shows etc as we were stuck in our Villa. The resort needs to accomodate for wet weather as a just in case.

Nothing that I didn't like as such....but I felt that the fare offered by the restaurants on site was not as varied and plentiful as it could have been. The themed buffet nights were rather expensive and poor value as all was almost cold and unappetizing. Fortunately there was plenty of alternatives on offer locally.

All of it was more than adequate. Although I noticed signs of ageing with the property. The sunbeds around the pools adjacent to the villa were shabby, some broken and all in need of a good clean. But the pools were fabulous, .

Dinner at Tatavu, I couldn't eat this.

The pools were great, kids very much enjoyed them, breakfast selection was great, however some of the food was undercooked at times and the coffees were always wrong, we would always order the coffees when we first arrived and most times they would get to our table at the end of breakfast or we would lave without them. Dinner was ok at Sixty Nine, Tatavu dinner wasn't the best and the waters edge was good, however, we found one staff member seemed upset about something, it could have been our children were making too much noise. Most of the staff were amazing, Bar tender at the Waters Edge pool bar was the best, our room attendant Oripa was the best, she made our stay so great, she would chat to our kids, was very kind and went over and above in our room, we always came back to it being fresh and clean/ tidy.

I wish the breakfast area was enclosed with air conditioning as it is very hot and a lot of flies. Many of the large overhead fans in the restaurant did not work and the heat was stifling.

It is getting a bit run down in the rooms, need some refurbishing to maintain the high prices. Still was an amazing stay but just getting older. The main facilities were amazing (pool, restaurant, bars, etc)

The villa was amazing. We had 7 of us staying at the villa & there was plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms were big & spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having the 3 bathrooms which was handy for the 7 of us. The grounds were immaculate, pools were awesome & the staff were so friendly & obliging. Perfectly located right on the beach. We had buffet breakfasts & dinners included in the deal and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
