Please leave some water out for the local friendly beach dogs that come and sit with everyone. There never seemed to be any fresh juice just canned sugar drinks and the occasional pineapple juice. The pizza is not great.

The staff were very friendly and remembered my name each day. Nice clean pool and right on the beach. close to the airport, good live bands came to play, youthful atmosphere but no crazy loud parties. Dorm room was acceptable for the price, you pay for what you get. Stayed for a week and left some expensive glasses on my bed and when i returned a few days later they had them for me.

drinks and food are very expensive and really not very nice. would like to have seen traditional things on there also if you are going to pay so much. suited to tourists which for me, is not my thing.

staff are really friendly, the little cat is beautiful and loves hanging out in your room, it’s really on the waters edge so sunset is beautiful.

Rooms and some common spaces are getting old and could use some updating but it was still comfortable.

Great spot right on the ocean. Majority of staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great. Loved that it is attached to the Ramada so we had dinner nightly on their 6th floor deck overlooking the ocean. Great food and service there.

Staff very friendly and went out of their way to help me be comfortable when I landed at 5am. Got my room ready first and allowed me to check in early. They were so helpful and lovely. Accommodation itself met expectations. A bit dated, good value for money, not luxury but nice enough and what I expected for the amount I paid.

the dorm was small with many beds and it’s wasn’t that clean, it was always some noise coming from the reception outside, no hostel kitchen. perfect for a place to stay a night before/after the airport but would not recommend for a longer stay

There was no power in our room so couldnt charge our phones or use the fridge. Needed to pay for internet (which we couldnt use anyway as our batteries were flat). Also bathroom door fell off its rails.

The staff were friendly. We arrived late and they kept the kitchen open for us so we could have dinner. The bar does a great pina colada. We liked the deck / seating area and beach view.

I booked a 12 bed dorm and for some reason there were 14 bed which were too cramped. service in restaurant so slow- some staff defo didn’t want to be there, not someone on reception all the time. the place needs a lot of love and upgrade!

The restaurant was awful. We popped in for lunch and my husband had wedges. The sour cream was curdled and off. I had dahl soup which was thin, watery and tasteless. A very small bowl $12. There was continuous beeping from a piece of equipment, but the staff could not stop it. There is a new restaurant open next door at Club 57 - would thoroughly recommend. Food, prices and service excellent.

Cheap and cheerful. Be aware that if you book a double room, you will get a double bed, not a queen.

Although the pictures show beach chairs there is only one and it is broken. The wifi is not included and although it’s not that expensive it doesn’t work well even though you pay for it. I chose this place because I had to work and the website stated you could purchase faster internet. That is not the case. The download speed is 3, so I definitely recommend a sim and hotspot if you need to work.

The staff are great! Very kind. It’s nice to be on the water and the local bus is easy to get to town. There is also a grocery store nearby.

Might be helpful to have written instruction on how to use facilities ( eg dish washer) the beach in Ramadan was nicely cleaned and raked every morning. That would be nice if smuggler's cove could do that too. The food was nice, but one of the sauces was quite salty.

We enjoyed that we were given the opportunity to use the swimming pool at Ramada. The family suite was nice, friendly staff

very dark, cramped, didn’t feel very clean. staff were nice enough but also seemed like they couldn’t really be bothered. wifi is extra - you have to pay which seems crazy.

good location for 1 night before heading out to the islands & helpful getting a taxi when needed
