We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe restaurant service was quite slow, like about 1.5 hours for lunch. Ultimately, that was our only "complaint." But we were otherwise happy to sit next to the beach while we waited.
Room was good. It was ready when we arrived at 7am, which was awesome for a nap after early travel. I think being so early, a couple things were missed or not set up yet, i.e. no hand towel and no hand soap, but otherwise the room was great.

New ZealandNo lift, though the staff don't hesitate to take your bags up to the rooms. Food service can be a bit slow as it is a busy place at times. If you're staying on an entertainment evening, it can be a bit noisy in the front rooms.

Everything! Excellent location. Exceptional rooms with large bench areas for luggage. Big, super comfortable beds & pillows. Fantastic shower pressure, hairdryer & coffee making facilities. Very helpful staff taking out 2 x very heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

Was as expected - is by the beach away from the main area of Nadi town so there isn't too much to do during the day. Good spot to stop for a night between airport and heading to the islands as South Sea Cruises includes a free resort shuttle.

New ZealandThe AC in the dorm room was not reliable, it was on but power was off for a long time so it did not work for a long time. The room is crazy hot without the AC on. There were quite a bit of coachroaches crawling around bathroom / shower area. The room smells bad and very dark due to having no windows and packed with people in it.
Location is great, and the common area (dining hall, beachfront bar and restaurant, pool) is beautiful, very well maintained. The room condition was not that great but definitely good value for the money. Compared to other hotels I stayed around Fiji, staff service is mediocre.

AustraliaThere were no pool/beach towels, so having to use our bathroom towels was a pain. Then the towels weren't replaced if we were at the beach while the room was being made up. My sister had to find the room cleaning people and ask for towels when we got back, but she wouldn't give them to us unless we gave her the used ones! Also the day trip we took was more than advertised on their own website what was supposed to be F$105 for a full day became F$159 for a half day to see exactly the same things but only quicker! There was also nothing on Booking.com that said there was no lift, it actually says it is wheelchair accessible which I would like to contradict. Luckily we were only on the first floor from the lobby as someone who lives with a disability climbing stairs was a pain.
The staff were incredible and very welcoming! No matter whether you were just arriving, trying to book a day trip or get something from the bar. The staff were amazing! Even carrying our suitcases up the flight of stairs to our room. The room was okay, we didn't stay in the room other than to change or sleep so it passed. Food was okay but we decided to try a few other places which ended up being much better.

New ZealandAll the white Americans coming for their 1 week “island” getaway. They treated the staff terribly acting like they own everyone. I feel sorry for the staff having to work for such entitled people. If we wernt just coming to Fiji to transfer flights we would have stayed somewhere less touristy and just hung out with the locals engaging in their culture in an authentic way.
Easy access, had a supermarket down the road and other resorts next to it. View out the window was trash but that’s not a problem for us since we didn’t come to look out the window. Would happily stay again
