Good management but some things in maintenance need changers.

Breakfast can do better, add eggs in Breakfast can be charged on booking. Don't ask money on the Breakfast table when guest needs to eat.

bathroom was small but useable bedroom set up was not what we expected from pictures but again was useable. family room was set up as if was for couple in terms of cups, towels mugs and things, requested more towels and the reception staff advised to ask housekeeping in the morning which was a little frustrating but we managed and staff were very friendly

Everything is what it is. You pay for what you get. Worth the price.

The people here are AMAZING. From checking in to checking out. They really do define the saying "Fijians are the friendliest people in the world". Vinaka to the staff. Thank you so so much.

we book for 4 adults but we only got two towels in the bathroom aside from that everything else was okay and great

Dinner at the restaurant as amazing. we were only there for 14 hours but it was worth it. amaxing experience and my siblings wants to go back to Fiji for a visit.

The room tile was broken near the bed which had a sharp edge.Secondly,we couldn't use the wardrobe since the door was broken.Thirdly,I booked with breakfast but when we arrived at the reception,I was told that it's FJD$15 extra per person. I asked for cups and when I received the cups,it was too small.. not big enough to enjoy a simple drink.Plus,the bed covers were torn on the side and we can see the brown sheets.

We booked our stay for 4 adults and 1 child (9 year old) we were given 2 double beds in the room. So I raised that with the receptionist, asking if we could get moved or if there was a single mattress we could have in our room for 1 adult to sleep on, she told me that her booking shows i only booked for 3 adults and 1 child, but I know very well what I booked & I showed her my booking for the FOUR ADULTS AND 1 CHILD. She then advised they had no mattresses so I asked if there were any mats or something for someone to sleep on, she said she would check & let us know (which she didn't do) I went back to check up on the request & once again she advised that there was nothing they could do. So I spoke to my family & we decided we no longer wanted to stay there, we would ask for a refund. I went back to the receptionist, told her we wanted a refund & she said oh no we can't give you a refund because you paid through mPaisa BUT she would speak to her supervisor & see what they could do, she told us she would ring the restaurant (that's where we waited) to let us know what the decision was. After 5 mins of waiting, she rang the restaurant & advised they would bring a mattress into the room for us to sleep on. WHYYYY??? After all that hassle, when you want a refund then they decide OH NO WE DO HAVE A MATTERESS FOR YOU!! WASTE OF TIME!! Could've saved the time & hassle & given us the mattress to begin with.
