The staff weren't honest. Followed up on a phone charger that left behind in the room, and numerous follow-ups didn't result in anything - I wondered if this was this treatment due to being a local? Even though I didn't pay a local rate?

My primary purpose is to go snorkeling. It is stated there is snorkeling in its description on booking.com which is a bit misleading. I had thought I could snorkel at its beach but it turned out that it is off-site. I could only pay extra FJD 240 for a tour to an island to do the snorkeling. It should state clearly that snorkeling is off-site.

A place to get relaxed for your holiday. Nice resort and nice furnishing and close to the beach. Very clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff. On arrival, I do not know how to get to the beach and a staff led me there.

They organized trasport from resort to the airport and the car did not come. We almost missed the flight. They charged us for the trasport 150 usd.

As a keen golfer the golf course was extremely disappointing.

Breakfast choice was great. Room spacious. Outlook from restaurant fantastic. As I was there at Christmas the christmas choir was lovely. Having a choice of two swimming pools was nice.

When cruise ship visited, people were standing in pool (hot day) fully clothed in shoes and drinking beer and this was allowed by the staff. I was swimming at the time and this made for a less than relaxing swim.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Pool was empty but not huge so would be limited for swimming laps during busy season. Plenty of activities that could be booked at the resort. Lovely, very reasonable spa.

No dancing , no adult area to dance.

The food was poor quality, especially for the price and the menu was extremely limited.

The activities on offer and the staff made the stay. Special shout out to Temo, Vicka and Moses who are so lovely and are a credit to the hotel.

The restaurant's dinner menu wasn't good and was too pricy.

All activities were very expensive, the food was average, there wasn't great variety for food as only one restaurant was available for lunch and dinner. Please state on the menu for allergies! GF is not clearly stated. The pools are both a little outdated, but given covid, it's to be expected. The room itself was fine, but the facilities and common areas are a bit dirty. The bathrooms near the pool areas smelled strongly of mould and weren't clean. Probably a little over priced for what you get

Our room itself was quite nice, spacious, and clean with a balcony that overlooked the garden. The service was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. Generous selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Access to kayaks and snorkelling gear from the activities shop was great, and it's a pretty kayak up the river.

Good to keep in mind the long (~2.5hr) transfer time from Nadi airport.

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A very relaxed vibe. Tour desk onsite too. Short walk or taxi ride to Pacific Harbor restaurants if you wanted a change in dining options.

As always in Fiji, AC was very strong on the room, but regulating it was enough. Unfortunately we had problems with the shower drain. Restaurants for lunch and dinner were a little bit too expensive.

Very nice hotel, so much green space around. Beautiful beach and the greatest breakfast ever! Room was new, very big and modern, bathroom as well. We stayed only for one night but we would have stayed longer :) If you are looking for a full-equipped hotel, this is the solution. It also offers different types of interesting activities.

Check-in was late. Balcony door on ground floor couldn't lock. Room feels old. Breakfast was poor quality. Housekeeping did a poor job. Just was not worth the price they are asking.
