“Eccentric, but lovely little house in very pleasant village. Superb views from the bedroom and great places nearby, both by walking within the village and within car distance. Adequately equipped. Sèverine was a charming host who made sure we were OK, but then left us alone to enjoy our stay. It's probably some time since the house was renovated and one of the two halogen cooker rings needed fixing and the stairs were a bit steep, but we coped and the virtues of the house outweighed any faults. Provision of linen was generous and of good quality”
“Stunning building in beautiful garden, and in a great location for exploring this part of Provence. The village is small with few facilities, but lovely and peaceful. The restaurant at the hotel serves excellent breakfast, and the dinners are quite simply superb. A set menu is provided on reception in the morning for you to peruse. Probably the best food I've ever eaten, and therefore incredible value for money. The young chef is excellent. Meals are taken outside in the garden, which is just delightful. The staff are friendly, and parking is easy within the grounds of the hotel.”
“We absolutely LOVED our stay at La Casa de Boulbon! This is a beautiful little boutique inn. Wonderful combination of beautiful old, blended with modern finishes. Gorgeous courtyard with pool on main floor and a wonderful place to relax on the rooftop deck overlooking the castle. Having driven for most of the day, we were tired and after walking around town decided to pick up some pizzas at a sweet little pizza shop around the corner. We relaxed and ate on the rooftop deck. The rooms have air conditioning which is a bonus! Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs also. Boulbon is a sweet quiet little hamlet in close proximity to several other bigger towns in Provence Highly recommend this lovely little inn. We will be back!”
“Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and attention to detail. Lovely peaceful relaxing gardens and swimming pool.
We also liked the staff who were very professional with very high standards, yet also friendly and helpful.”
