The swimming pool is new and clean and very large for so few guests. The owner's tour of the chateau is as good as you'll get in the Loire. We hired bikes to cycle to Chambord and then along the Loire in a 20 mile loop. We had a home made picnic in the grounds of Chambord (although there are also plenty of nice cafes). It was a delight.”
