“Hotel was easy to find. Room basic but clean and tidy. Nice bathroom with large shower, and toiletries. No hand towels, only bath towels, which wasn't a problem for us & seemed good from an environmental perspective (less washing!). Safe and fridge in the room. 2 comfy chairs with table. Nespresso machine with 2 coffee pods, additional ones available for €1 each. USB sockets at bedside. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. We knew when we booked that the hotel did not provide meals, so it was a nice surprise to be offered a basic menu. Meals (microwaved?) served in a bowl (more like a kilner jar!) all at €14.90. Pasta was mediocre. 0.5l pitcher of house wine €10. Can be served in room, breakfast room or on the terrace. Breakfast was excellent, with good choices of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cheese, meats etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free safe parking which was perfect for our 1 night stop off on our way to the Dordogne..”
