“The property gave away our booking to other people. Supposedly they were overbooked. This is not professional. They booked us elsewhere but 17km further away. We were tired after driving hours and we were not at all happy. The manager gave us some cash or free breakfast option to calm us down but I’m still angry. He tried calling to inform me the same day but we were traveling and had no network. Did not see his messages. If anything we should have been contacted at least the day before.”
