“Le Chat Botte is a beautiful boutique hotel in the quieter, northern part of Ile de Re. As a previous reviewer has said, it is a good hotel, but it could be great. On the plus side, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and there is a lovely garden with a pool and loungers.”
“Great location on the island. A short cycle to the market to get breakfast pastries and bread from the lovely village market on each day in summer. The proximity to the road really didn't bother us because the garden is so large.
House has great indoor outdoor flow, and the integral bike garage was really useful. Nicer in reality than the photos.
