“We traveled with our 3-month-old baby and had an excellent experience at this hotel. The owners were very friendly and spoke English (it's always a valuable option in the French countryside). The room and breakfast were very nice. The hotel is not far from the road, but the room faced a garden and the traffic was quite nominal, so we slept perfectly with open windows.”

Breakfast was generous with lots of choices, in a beautiful dining room.
Lavandalet was a good spot to base ourselves to explore the beautiful area, even though there were not many shops or restaurants open.
This would have been partly because it was Public Holidays during our visit.
Our hosts were very helpful in booking us a restaurant in a nearby town and we also enjoyed lovely lunches in the countryside as we travelled in the area.
