Unfortunately the bath was difficult to get into and especially to exit. There were no grab handles and there was a danger of slipping.

The hotel was in a beautiful position with excellent views. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. There was a water problem with the first room we we given, but the room was changed immediately when I mentioned the problem. The reduced Monday dinner was excellent, being a hot buffet style. The breakfast was much better than expected in a French hotel.

Wifi didn't work in our room but connected immediately in the corridor. Pillows were a little lumpy.

Lovely staff - polite and helpful. The reception area is attractive and welcoming. There is a lovely view over the golf course and the area is peaceful and relaxing. The bar area is nice and the selection of drinks was good. Our meal at the restaurant was lovely. The wine list was to our liking too.

My room temperature was a little colder than I would've liked and the heating controls did not seem to make a difference. This was a small matter and did not upset my stay.

The staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. The food choice in the restaurant was very good as was the quality and breakfast was available early and once again once of a high-quality with a wonderful happy welcome from the staff.

Glasses in dining room had to be polished (by us) Food was atrocious - I highly recommend you do not eat here - not just my opinion, other guests were dissatisfied. My food was like mashed up baby food (duck parmentier) and certainly not as described. €20! My partners food was bland and undercooked - who gets a croque monsieur wrong? Both our dishes had to be re cooked. Not a big improvement second time. Convenience food dressed up in the form of a restaurant menu. Out of the freezer into the microwave. No professional chef - receptionist cooks and serves the food. Are they health and hygiene trained? Same uniform as receptionist. Breakfast was poor also - they said the bacon delivery hadn’t arrived (that old blame someone else routine). Prepared fruit was brown in colour. Not the fault of the staff in my opinion. I’d say cost cutting exercises - staff have to be jack of all trades. This is my third visit by the way. First time ate in Club House, very good, second time in hotel bar (as club house closed) - passable that time but soup and quiche is not the hardest dishes to reheat. We won’t be back as we like to eat at our residence after a long day’s drive. Too bad.

Super place to stay close to the Calais crossings. A couple of mins off the A26. Breakfast and dinner were faultless and the rooms spotless and comfy. Staff helpful.

The staff were all great, very friendly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were a good size, bright, modern and clean and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was an additional charge but was worth it as there was a really good selection of things to eat.

Very clean hotel, spacious and well equipped room, even had a bath and a shower, big comfortable bed, the evening meal was very good in their restaurant but there was only 2 choices for a main course, but at least the restaurant was open. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in hotel carpark. Good WiFi.

Unfortunately the restaurant does not open on Sunday evenings , however you can get something to eat at the bar. The pillows are very soft. It would be nice to have a choice.

Comfortable, quiet and a good breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay with your dog. Good short walk from the hotel and they are welcomed in the restaurant while you eat. Wish I had time to play golf!

Bar meals only - that was fine, Monday is obviously the kitchen's day off, but there were only two staff waiting / cooking / running the bar, they were doing their best but obviously overworked.

Room was clean and well appointed, reception staff friendly and helpful. Good for dogs as well! Easy run to Calais and the tunnel.

Not all facilities in the room worked - a plug, the heating (although a convector heater had been supplied as a replacement).

Room overlooking the golf course had a fantastic view. Staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening meal lovely. Room very comfortable. Good parking. Great location for short trips to Calais. We will be staying again.

Food menu has changed recently so it’s good value but underwhelming and no flair. It’s food rather than a dining experience, which it used to be.

Unfortunately, restaurant was booked out for an event. Ate In the golf club limited venue lacked atmosphere. Went back to hotel after the event had finished but couldn't even get a coffee bit disappointing.
