Clean, two separate rooms for three people which was great.

Could have some soap/shampoo holder in the shower of the bathroom. Could provide water glass in rooms. Lighting could be improved especially near the mirror.

The location is right in the Intra Muras, its just perfect. The hotel staff is very kind and good. The room was good too.

Lovely, comfy hotel....we got the quaint attic room which had lovely skylights letting in the St Malo sunshine. Helpful staff, held our bags whilst we spent a few days in Jersey...no problem.

Wonderful little hotel in a great location. Fantastic family room. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. On street parking nearby but walking distance to main carparks outside city walls. Would thoroughly recommend.

Bed very comfortable and room facilities good. Bath towels were of disappointing size and quality, and glass tumblers would have been appreciated rather than paper cups.

We got a spacious family room - a double bed and 2 singles for our children. The bathroom is spacious too, so we were not cramped with 4 in the room. The only issue is that the elevator stops one floor below the room. We needed to lift our luggage up a steep, narrow staircase - it would not suit someone with mobility issues.

Only downside was hair all over the floor. Surprising since the rest of the room was almost spotless.

Location was excellent, inside the walls but away from the hubbub. ELEVATOR was a big plus after being out all day. Room was clean, large, bathroom large and mattress was showing its age. Breakfast was good value with a variety of foods.

We already stayed 2 nights in 2017 in this hotel so we came back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean, the breakfast is nice and quiet. The hotel is very well located.

Showers weren’t great - poor pressure and leaked.

Lovely location on the old city. Good breakfast (a little crowded but tasty). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Small room with tiny bathroom.

Corner room facing the market area was really nice. They allowed us to have a small bed in the room for our young son.

There was really very little to not like. If I was going to be fussy the breakfast is variable - it was excellent the first morning, but on the second morning there was 1 croissant, 1 pain au chocolat, a few bits of bread and some cold crepes. None of the fruit juice, fruit, cheese, cold meats, eggs etc from the previous day but I suspect the hotel was quiet and the night staff felt it wasn’t worth putting out. Either way it wasn’t worth €14 a head! As soon as there was a change of shift I have to say the lovely lady in reception noticed and quickly found us juice, ham and cheese which was kind and rectified the situation.

Excellent location. Very central in the old town. The 2 ladies in reception were exceptional- very friendly and helpful. We prebooked parking - that was so worth doing. We were given a lockable garage just up from the hotel which was extremely handy. The bedroom and bathroom were good sizes and clean. Our bedroom was on the third floor (there is a lift) and a little cool but there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. We would absolutely stay here again.

Not the hotel's fault but tourism info on web badly out of date eg closure of St Malo museum in 2019.

Good location - walkable to all that we wanted to see.

Nothing to dislike

Facilities were average for a three star hotel. Breakfast was very good. The location was the best we could find as we were not visiting St. Malo but staying overnight while waiting for a ferry.

We got an upgrade for another 10 euro for a larger room , however the bathroom was not very clean.

we only stayed for one night and we chose the hotel because it was closed to the ferry terminal but we liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
