Pool area is very warm. Was watching my kids swim and started feeling lightheaded. Small repairs needed in the room such as the shower rod not attached and a handle coming off the door.

Nice room size. Kitchen had supplies.

tv remotes to work better and one tv was very dark even after turning up brightness. Have bigger trash cans. could have more linens in kitchen.

just thought 900 for 5 days was a little high for a small room.

The pull out couch in the living room was thin and very uncomfortable even after adding extra padding. There are other hotels with better prices if you are shopping around. Wish the bathroom sink area had a door so others could sleep while getting read.

During breakfast time, the breakfast was not fully stocked and it wasn't even busy. Another guest mentioned something to the male desk person and he didn't respond in anyway. But then, another guest who was friends with a staff member came down with her kids and talked to her friend and the next thing you know, the breakfast area was being restocked.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it was the perfect location.

It was extremely warm in shared areas. The room itself was missing a door handle on one of the doors, the pull out bed on the couch was very thin and lumpy. The room looked outdated and showed wear. The pool are is not properly ventilated and is extremely humid and the chlorine smell is very strong.

The pool is large and heated. The hours that the pool is open are convenient. Location is great for shopping and eating out. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options.

No working vent in the bathroom. Torn shower curtain. Alot of grout missing in tub. Not enough towels in the room.

There were ants in our room. Many, many ants. None were in the bed, or in the kitchen area, but the sofa & table area were literally infested. And while it may not matter to some, the vanity area was very poorly lit, even with 2 lights available.

Room was well-appointed & quiet. Front desk staff was friendly & extremely helpful. Breakfast was impressive for a continental-type offering.

I sold my boyfriend on this hotel because of my excitement to use the pool but the day we got in it was just very cold and we didn't last more than 30 minutes. Didn't bother to try again. Would've been great to have a hot tub since the pool isn't heated. The tvs in the rooms aren't in the most convenient placement but it works since there are two. One last thing is that it would've been nice to have more choices at breakfast but not a deal breaker.

Loved the room! It was great to have a small kitchen. Bathroom is a good size. I like that the sink and mirror are separate from the toilet and shower. Slept like a baby in our king size bed. Also we were on the 4th floor and didn't hear any excessive noises in the hall or rooms next to us. Also we're able to get extra towels very easily. Breakfast tasted good and was convenient.

Check in was @ 3, we got there at 4:15, went to our assigned room and it was still being cleaned.

Normally they have the Hilton mattresses that are extremely comfortable . This one wasnt as good. And the indoor pool was really cold .

We came down to breakfast 30 minutes before it was over and some items ran out. They weren’t replenished either due to staff shortage or because it was close to the ending time but that was disappointing

I loved our suite, the property was clean and in a great location. We had shopping and food all around us and easy access to the Highway.

No tub 😩 (Only available in handicap rooms) but the walk-in should was nice Room had stale fishy musty odor🧐 (from previous tenant) sprayed the room with my own Lysol disinfectant also burn the candle and let the bathroom vent running for hour to to help clear it out. I always carry my own disinfectant wipes. When I wipe down the toilet underneath had a small urine stain
