The lever tap on the basin would not stay up much of the time unless you pushed it all the way up to maximum (which was too much).

Lots to choose from at breakfast. Selection of cheeses was excellent. Plenty of private parking. Good Internet connection in our room.

Wasn’t so much the property , I was told on arrival only one room had gone through on the payment instead of two , so I was charged again for second room , wasn’t till home I could check and the 1st payment for both rooms had gone through , I will have to purse

Excellent location, close to the centre. We had a large family room (for 2), which was very quiet, well equipped, extra pillows (essential), good bathroom with rain shower and lots of towels. Our impression was that St Dizier is a town with limited options for evening dining, but we ate at the Les Halles market opposite the hotel which did evening barbecue food. We intend to return and will stay in the same hotel.

unfortunately the Air-conditioning was not working & it was 27 degrees in the room but after a conversation with staff we were moved to a balcony room which had better air circulation this will be fixed by the first week in June 23 they Promise

Noisy area due to cars, motor bikes and people playing music in cars with windows open in car park opposite late in to the night.

Could have been cleaner especially the corridor carpet. Minor maintenance not being done e.g. peeling wall paper and hole in the flooring of the lift. Whole place looks tired and a bit shabby overall.

Spacious and comfortable family room with a young child. Well situated and close to shops. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.

No heating. I was frozen and tired from our journey. When pointed out to the receptionist she gave us another room. She obviously hadn't checked it as once we'd moved our suitcases etc into the new room we soon found there was still no heating the either. We left. Just not good enough. We managed to book a hotel in Chalon sur Champagne but we had to drive another 50kms. We managed to get some food as by this time it was late. The hotel itself has no style. It was more like Ibis budget.

Someone was smoking cannabis in the room next to me and the smell permiated into mine which was very unpleasant.

It was my first stay at an Ibis Styles hotel and I very impressed. Parking was eeasy and check in was swift.

Location isn't great and I only went there because I couldn't find anything close to the Autoroute. Room was acceptable but not nice, a bit shabby really.

This hotel is shoddy, it hasn't been cleaned or maintained in years. We didn't say anything to the staff as it was not their fault or responsibility. The room smelt if sweat although the bedding was clean. The name Ibis STYLE is totally inappropriate. It's a down at heel building in a down at heel town. There was no resemblence to the photos and I would go as far as saying the photographs were misleading. We asked for a kettle to make tea in our room but we had to boil a kettle which was kept in reception, in reception & carry the hot water in paper cups up to our room. I will try very hard to never have to stay in an Ibis hotel again.

The young man on reception was very polite & very helpful.
