Buffet had no control with Indian guests running hands through food after eating standing at buffet with hands.

We loved the room and location in central kuta. Pool bar staff were awesome, pool chair covers a nice touch.

Unfortunately when we arrived our bathroom flooded straight away. The bathroom had no said vents so there was mold growing over the 2 weeks. And the entrance 1st floor of rooms smelt like sewage the entire, including our room. But it didn’t bother us too much as we just loved the place.

The food could be better. We tried the Italian and another restaurant. Also in the first half of the day was little bit noisy in the corridor. So if we wanted to sleep longer in the morning, it was not easy.

Not much to say here, but there were things that needed replacing (e.g. bathroom had damage to tiles, bed with a broken slat, loose tiles/boards in the pool area). Could be applied to Kuta in general, but it’s definitely tourist prices - it’s cheaper than Australia, but don’t forget the 21% tax on top of each item’s cost (which can rack up quickly within the walls of the hotel).

The vibe is tranquil and relaxing, the staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating (all speak English well). Breakfast is lovely and all the facilities and restaurants are of such high quality; the pool and bar is glorious! The resort room we stayed in was luxurious with a lot of space, comfortable features and daily spotless cleaning. It’s a very convenient location, short walk to the Beach, Waterbom and Discovery Shopping Centre with many top restaurants and convenient marts within it’s walls. Happy to note we weren’t stung with any unexpected costs upon check out either. We’ll absolutely be going again!

Had difficulty getting the room cleaned and asked admin multiple times, told it would get done but it wasn’t sorted and with rubbish building up, was annoying. The last 3 days were good after having to whinge.

Rooms and hotel are old so you can see that time has done its thing: some water leaking, old broken mirror in bathroom, bathroom was not the cleanest (rust, water deposit, dirty joints…)

The mould in the bathroom was pretty bad, the back of the toilet was leaking too. The aircon dripped water pretty terribly and is definitely due for a service.

Staff are brilliant very accommodating and friendly. Location is perfect right in the middle of Kuta. Pool was nice although drinks were very expensive. Good for a short stay to explore Kuta, housekeeping are amazing, left us a little towel doggy.

More attention to details in the room is needed. We had a sink that did not drain, hair dryer that did not work, torn bathrobes and bath wash dispenser was empty.

Location. Suited to older clients as younger now party out Cangau seminyak way. It's ridiculously quiet, although it is in the middle of town. The pool is great. I always stay here now.
