catalogue of errors: no access code given to us on booking confirmation leading us ti be waiting for almost an hour until other guests let us in. An oven is said to be in each room but upon entering we realised it is not an oven it is a microwave. This is not the same thing! Our room was not clean. A lot of dust and clumps of hair was found. not our hair! we occupied 3 rooms and none of the sink dispensers had any washing up liquid to wash dishes. The dishwasher does not switch on. In short - this property is poorly managed and will not be staying here again.

Never seen this much noisy bed in my life. Move your finger and listen metal work. I wake up too many times because of the metal noise. Very upset.

Room on groundfloor, because it was at street side you could hear the street sounds from cars who were stopping at traffic light right in front of the hotel and in the morning people were talking in the main hallway, because this is also the breakfast area. The bathroom is not very handy, because no rim to hold back the water from the shower, so water runs everywhere up to the toilet, which is also in the bathroom, the place where you can brush your teeth is tiny. Floorboards in the room are round from the water from the bathroom. Tab in the little kitchen cupboard is loose.

we got entry through code and inside was the doorkey, 1st floor maybe a better option. Location is great near the central square 4 minutes walking distance.

There could perhaps have been air conditioning but this didn't worry us as our room wasn't on the sunny side of the building.

The Apartment hotel was situated within 10 to 15 minutes easy walk from the centre of Dijon with many attractive and historic streets and square, plentiful restaurants, bars and street cafes. The car park was easy to find and situated right next to the hotel. Our room was very well laid out with everything we could need. We didn't have breakfast but the room for breakfast looked very nice. Our room was attractively situated to the rear of the building with a nice view over the gardens.

Beds are so very hard. We had a rear facing room, and there were other guests partying in the garden until 11pm, with music and a live drum. The bed was TERRIBLE. Squeaky, and hard.

Unless you really need a kitchenette, avoid this hotel. For this price you can get a much better service. Comparing this to a real hotel is like comparing Ryanair to Fly Emirates - your ticket is cheaper but everything else is on extra. For this hotel here you have: - 20€ cleaning fee. So if you come for 3 days, your room won’t be cleaned unless you pay 60€. - 10€ parking fee, which you should book in advance. They only have 5 parking spots so hurry up. - 6€ for new towels. So they don’t change them neither. - breakfast for 8,5€ and it starts 8am. But if they are already fully booked, you should get there at 10 am as they can’t fit everyone in there.

The location is good. Good view on the upper floors. Good sound isolation.

we’ve got a room which was smelling like someone has died there. it was impossible to stay. We’ve checked in late therefore the fist night we had no option than to stay. Second day, we asked the reception to find a solution as it’s impossible to stay in such conditions. The staff acknowledged the problem but nothing was done. So we had to find another last minute hotel. Basically we paid for 1 night 2 hotels. Terrible experience! I also didn’t understand why they were offering this room if they new about the smelling problem… Definitely will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional

No general light in the room, we had light just from the lamps which made applying make-up pretty difficult in the room, but the light in the bathroom was good so I guess it's ok.

The room had a kitchenette with everything you need, the room and bathroom were pretty big compared to the ones in Paris, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, we had a pretty big space for clothes. there were rooms at the entry to leave your luggage and one with a washing machine and an iron station - which we actually needed, so it was really welcomed! They also have a private garden located between 1st and 2nd floors, which looked really great. It was too cold for us to use it but I'm sure in the summer it must be lovely to stay there. We didn't get to get breakfast there since you needed to tell them about it the day before and we arrived pretty late in the evening, but they did have a phone number we could've reached and told them we wanted breakfast. We received instructions on both booking and on the phone on how to enter the facility and where to get our room key from.

- Room not very clean. Dirty glasses in the kitchen. Splash back in kitchen dirty. Air fan in bathroom full of dust. - Deco…..a piece of material as a head board stuck to the wall with double side sticky tape is not good. - Mattress is very basic. - noisy air con. The hotel could be great but definitely needs to invest some money in the rooms and in the cleaning.

Uncomfortable bed. The standards of the room are pretty low. It looks like a previous student residence that became Appart Hotel. The water from the shower could not flow properly. Location that is just useful for one night but no more.
