Very well situated for exploring the historic centre of Narbonne. Plenty of little streets with free parking nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfectly clean.

Much like the other reviews, our bathroom smelled like death. On the second right our water heater stopped working so we had to move to another room. Also the fact you have to take out the trash or get charged 15 euro is ridiculous.

Decent stay. Location is perfect, close to all restaurants. Parking is covered, and they let us park two motorcycles in one spot. You get a full kitchen which can be handy if your planning to cook.

Smell in the room, due to the canal pipes, and that somebody could enter the room from the windows, if exiting from another room. This, in a second floor room.

Location of the hotel, reception available, size of the room for two persons, amenities working, lighting in the room. Breakfast available, but we have not tried it.

Wifi access codes no longer worked the morning of our departure.

Nice stay. Staff was friendly. Decent, small kitchen area which included all the basic things needed. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Good size bathroom with a nice shower.

The apartment was easy to be in, had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful, for example when I asked if there was a coffee machine, on arrival had found us one. Good location to explore Narbonne, and bus was outside.

Road works and trying to find it. Didn’t realise the hotel has parking until after we had parked on the side streets. If you have to it cost €25 for all day

The breakfast had an excellent selection and although it was busy, it didn't seem overcrowded. There were also tables outside. The staff were helpful and cleared tables quickly.

Pillows were synthetic not comfortable, show head is not very good only a trickle of water, but enough to manage.

The closeness to the town, great recommendation to La Trattoria for “ amazing pizza and pasta. Water and coffee in the room , comfortable beds. Secure parking available. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.. makes a real difference after 8 hrs driving .

A spacious and clean room with good facilities to cook should I want to - I didn’t! Beautiful view from the 4th floor of the cathedral. Secure underground parking available for a fee, but parking on street is difficult so the fee was worth it.

Wi-Fi could be better

I called the emergency phone number because we left our luggage in the morning (before we could check in). Also the staff was super friendly and understanding. Everybody could speak fluent English. Very pleasant stay! Friendly staff

A little on the Spartan side, sometimes the complementary kitchen utensils are not complete, like the lack of drinking glasses etc.

We’ve stayed here many times. The facility is not luxurious but does what it says on the tin. Pets welcomed. Good parking facilities for cars and motorcycles. As always, the staff were excellent, very pleasant, helpful and informative.
