The bathroom was quite cold, especially the floor. We stayed in a room in another building quite far away from the castle. There was no kettle although in the booking it was descibed that kettle was included.

This was my second stay, and the athmosphere and environment is beautiful as always. Good breakfast, attentive and friendly staff, nice room with comfy sofa chairs by the window.

Some more hangers for clothes could be added. Only 2 in the warderobe. Maybe a small croissont to the breakfast coffe could be added. 🙂 No really negative things.

It smelled of wet dogs in the breakfast room (dogs are allowed and it had been raining).

I'm very satisfied, great breakfast and room was small but cosy and had everything I needed. Lovely surroundings to go for a walk along the sea and very near the train station to the city.

Basic room and I think ours was an accessible one so we had some extra space, but the overall feel of the room was a bit odd/basic. Sauna wasn't functioning, but yet the ask for the shared spa space was a normal price (28€) - we didn't take it (sounds quite much over priced to me).

Beautiful place all in all - building, terrace, interior, garden, yard. Relaxed atmosphere. Good beds. Had early start so didn't get to experience the breakfast, but did receive coffee and bread to go from the friendly personnel. Pool table and a great living room for hang-around. Pier nearby where you can go swimming into the sea.

There was a moment of disappointment when we approached the property and saw a lot of new housing development in the vicinity. This feeling evaporated quickly when we took a walk at the lakeside, where the housing was no longer visible and we had the beautiful view of the lake - as we had seen on the website.

We really liked the friendliness of the staff. Most notably one staff member - Mette - went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. After something went wrong between the Booking.com and Nasby Slott reservation systems we were accidentally placed in a lower category of room. Mette more than made up for that by moving us and offering us a free dinner. She even cared for our little dog while we went into Stockholm for a boat tour. What great care. This was way beyond the call of duty.

The lack of minifridge in the room.

The castle vibe was amazing. The food on breakfast was 10/10, even as a vegan I really enjoyed. It is hard to find Swedish traditional food in my experience, but I really feel like immerse in their culture. Also the staff was extremely kind.

Relatively complicated journey from downtown Stockholm by public transport, but otherwise no issues.

The grounds of the property and the interior rooms/function rooms were very nice, food was of high quality. The room was comfortable and well positioned for the festivities.

Tiny room (twin), too warm in the room,, could not open the window. No minibar or fridge. Works outside. Slowness of checking out.

We checked in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and had no lunch. So we expected that we can have an afternoon tea there with bakery selections. However, only tea and coffee was available and absolutely nothing to eat. We were very hungry and had booked our dinner reservation only at 18:30. That was rather disappointing. There was also nothing close-by where one could have bought a sandwich or pastry.

the Lounge area was very nice. Friendly staff everywhere. Exceptional good food! As a lactose-intolerant person I was afraid what I will be able to eat, so I was super excited to hear that they only use lactose-free products. Everything tasted delicious.

We went mainly for a spa experience and the spa was really visually pretty, but extremely small. Only a tiny jacuzzi and one sauna. You can only stay for 1,5 hrs but we ended up leaving after 20 mins. There were SO MANY people, it was super loud and the opposite to relaxing to be honest. I think there were a Total of 6 seats in the ”spa” and when we left there was around 13 people there. I think they made a mistake in the booking, but still. I would t have chosen this hotel if Id known this was the spa :)

A lack of parking adjacent to the building my room was in made it an inconvenient walk with luggage. Modern rooms completely lack feeling of staying in a "castle". Stained towels. No coffee/tea making in room

Lovely breakfast although the hot options could have been hotter. Comfortable room although be aware not all rooms are in the same building meaning you can have a reasonable walk to breakfast or reception. Nice toiletries
