We stayed here with our three kids as a stopover on a long drive to Barcelona. The apartment surpassed our expectations, was super comfortable and in a fantastic location which meant we could easily explore old town Avignon which was on door step. Will defintely recomment to others

We were a little chilly during one cold day, and the pillows weren't that great for sleeping. Getting into the building worked out, but if we hadn't had cell data (and 3 of 4 of us didn't) it would have been tricky, as it required calling.

Kathy and Saad were SOOOOO kind and accommodating to our family; one of us was feverish, so we had to make adjustments, and they couldn't have been more considerate. They are wonderful, hospitable hosts. Locations couldn't be better, allowing for walking to everywhere one could want in the inner, walled city. Too, both apartments where we stayed were tastefully and whimsically decorated, and both kitchens were well appointed, allowing us to actually cook meals!

A nice, cosy, and clean apartment located in the centre of Avignon, very close to the Palais des Papes. The contact to the host was good.

Pretty difficult to reach by car (if you have a lot or heavy luggage). Little daylight and/or outside view.

The address given on Booking.com was not the apartment we were allocated - I realised that they had more than 1 apartment but I assumed that we had booked the apartment as shown in the photos.

Saad answered any questions I asked by message promptly. He attended to the problem with the door lock on the apartment as promptly as he could.

Loved the layout and the location. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. A really great place to stay in Avignon. Highly recommend.

Maintenance & housekeeping was non-existent. Inadequade toilet paper, no offer of linen exvhange & soap only lasted 3 of 7 days. Many light bulbs out. Staff was responsive, but never met them.

It was very cold in the flat. The address provided here is idfferent to the actual location of the flat., which I have not realized till we got there.

Location of the flat. Flat inside the historic building. Possibility to cook yourself at the flat. Sofa bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the thick of winter and it was incredibly cold and windy. The heating was really only just enough. The apartment is tiled throughout - a rug on the floor in the living room and/or in the bedroom would make it a bit cosier.

Great location. Easy walk from Palais du Pape parking station (follow the road not the stairs!). Very easy check-in. We requested a cot and it was in the room when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.

Kathy and Saad are extremely kind and very much on top of everything. The apartment was spotless and communication flowed. We would definitely stay there again, preferably in summer - winter is cold in Avignon.

There were altogether 3 beds in the apartment, however none of them was wider than 140 cm which is not comfortable for two people, accordingly we were unable to sleep together with my wife.

The apartment is really in the very heart of the old town.

it was on the ground floor, next to the main entrance to the building and it was therefore noisy and as a solo female traveller I just felt unsafe.

There were a lot of off- putting regulations and rules which detracts from welcoming atmosphere. There was no refrigerator. A big drawback for longer stays. Tiny plastic chairs for dining not suitable for adults in a named "luxury apartment Too large really for a couple but great for large family or group.

Ground floor access into pleasant apartment building. Good for seniors. Convenient to squares and restaurants for people watching. Owner was pleasant and responsive to issues.

The shower and slippery bath. The tumble dryer (for the next occupants linen) running noisily until 7.30 in the evening.

Only 1 bathroom, and in our case we were 7, was pretty difficult.

Location is just excelent, 1 block from the parking and Pope's castle. The apparment was incredibly comfortable, very clean and with all the things you need for a great stay.
