Comfortable bed. Quiet location but still close to the main part of town and the sea. Very lovely people who run the hotel. Great breakfast. Safe storage for bicycles.

One thing stands out most about this centrally located hotel is the extremely friendly service. It was without question the friendliest place I have every stayed in 👏👏 very well appointment rooms and extremely clean. Lovely breakfast options

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Bon Coin in Biarritz! The comfort of the accommodations was exceptional, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is simply amazing, exceeding all expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Biarritz!

My flight was delayed by a couple of hours so I arrived in the evening just before dark.. I did alert the hotel as soon as I found out, communication is key. Tired and hungry, I was welcomed in the warmest kindest way . I was well taken care of by the most gracious staff. These are people who truly understand a traveller's needs. My room was quiet, immaculate and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast highlighted excellent local products served with pride, a delicious and satisfying meal. The atmosphere was joyful and caring. An exceptional positive stay in an independent hotel run by true caring professionals. A delight! A gem! They really go the extra mile. Thank you so much. Merci!

Hotel Au Bon Coin was truly exceptional. I really enjoyed every aspect of my stay here, from the friendly hotel staff to the gorgeous historic rooms. The hotel staff helped me with everything from finding an adaptor to lending me an umbrella because it was raining during my stay! I felt like I was in a 1960s Hollywood movie, with the amazing level of attention from the staff and the gorgeous rooms. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Biarritz!

The facilities are clean and they actually service the room clearing the rubbish and replaced the used towels every day. Location is good near enough to the centre but not too close with crowd and noise. Carpark very short walk to the premise and it’s very safe car park. The reception service by Jacque and Delphin were fantastic. Gave advance notice of the storm that approached Biarritz in the night.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Jacques was an exceptional host who was always available to answer questions and meet our needs. The hosts are a definite asset to the hotel. Cafe au lait and pastries at the Hotel du Palais and the view was a highlight!

Wonderful stay at a hotel ideally places to be quiet and calm for sleep yet also very close to everything g. Staff are lovely and helpful. Clean and well appointed room. Very comfortable bed. And lovely, helpful, accommodating staff.
