Absolutely everything. The room, the bed, the towels, all the extra bits including beautiful tea and the staff were exceptional. For the price and the location and the staff there is no hotel better

We really enjoyed our 1-night stay in this hotel! The room had very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff were also all incredibly friendly - in particular, they agreed to hold an extra room for our friends whose flight was cancelled and then were very kind in letting them work in the breakfast area the next day (even after we had checked out). We'd definitely recommend and would happily stay again :)

The hotel was really clean, has a great location and the staff were so attentive, helpful and kind especially with our two year old. The room was spacious and contained two bathrooms which was fantastic for our family. All essential equipment was available (ie hairdryer and fridge) and there was a coffee machine with tasty coffee in the room. The room was maintained to a really good standard and had lovely products available in the bathrooms. We had the continental buffet breakfast on one of the days which we enjoyed as the produce was all supplied from local producers.

Really close to town. Wonderful staff- we were personally shown to our room and given lots of recommendations. Really lovely room- seemed brand new and such a bonus to have a terrace to use and a view of the sea from our window. Felt like a 4-5 star hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel provided towels and parasols for going to the beach and even gave us a gift when we left. We had a wonderful stay!

Very nice little hotel. Friendly and welcoming . Spotlessly clean, small but very well appointed rooms. Good facilities, (including provision of beach towels and umbrellas) and quiet location conveniently close to beach and centre.

Nothing - it was all great!

The rooms were wonderful. we booked two rooms, a triple and a suite - that was all that was available for our dates as I only booked a week in advance, but the prices were much better than the other hotels (where we would have just had standard rooms). The suite came with a whole extra bathroom, which I hadn't noticed when booking - a nice surprise! The rooms have been newly renovated and to an excellent standard. The bathrooms were great - lovely hot, powerful showers - a must when you are sandy from the beach! The staff were delightful and very helpful in giving us information for our first time in Biarritz. The location was also great. A short walk to La Grande Plage but further back from the hussle and bussle on a quiet street. We also found some lovely eateries walking to the beach which we found much bettter than the ones actually at the beach which were very crowded. We were only in Biarritz for a day but with the view to definitely come back - and when we do we will be staying at the Hôtel Au Bon Coin!

Free Parking can be difficult, but overnight pay parking is just 2 minutes walk away.

Great small little hotel managed with love and care. The rooms were of good size, quite modern and in our room we were lucky to have a nice view. The third floor offers a small but pleasant terrace. Breakfast was tasty.

Nothing about the property itself. Just that it’s situated on a lovely quiet road that during the night, cars or people can be heard driving fast or people talking along the road which can disturb sleep. Occasionally people enter their rooms late at night and slam their doors.

Very clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Immaculate hotel and great breakfast with lots of choice, French style.
