The bathroom/shower room was absolutely tiny The room space was cramped, no kettle and small tea and coffee making facility The room was very overpriced in my opinion. I have stayed in far more luxurious and spacious airport hotels for the same price It was still an okay stay though

The ventilation system.was broken ao ot blew heated air into the room making.it.hotter than the hot weather on the day. We were not notified about this at time of booking nor at check in. It was then too late to look for.another hotel. We had to keep the double windows open during the night which meant we had the plane noise. The hotwl is much further from the airport than advertised. It is 2-3 km away

Our room was too hot, so we had to open the window to airplanes taking off. No shuttle from the airport until 5 pm so we had to take the local bus. Shower has a huge step to get in and out.

The corridor smell not good and there were not enough oxygen. The parking was a bit expensive.

We reached around 10am and we pay extra around 58 euro for room service because your room check-in time was 2.0pm. It could be managed by hotel without paying extra as i am frequent visit to your hotel.

Rooms are a little tight, and the hallway had a weird smell.

We had one night at the place. It’s close to the airport so it’s quite convenient. The room was clean and organized. Pretty much what you need from a one-night hotel. The shuttle service was good as well, cost 5€ per way. Public transportation from the airport wasn’t very reliable (in our opinion) although it has nothing to do with the hotel, but when the bused DO arrive, the station is pretty close to the hotel as well.

I don’t speak French. Attempted a bus to get there. Never got closer than 2 1/2 miles and then we were on a freeway with no option to exit the bus. Ultimately took five hours a wasted train ride and finally a $56 euro cab ride that landed me at the other of you two properties on the same street

I saw a snack machine. Was not aware of a breakfast. Coffee would have been outstanding. I saw it for sale in a machine

I didn’t like the fact that the problem was the language barrier, I speak English poorly and don’t speak French at all! I only know Czech perfectly! At the reception during registration they charged us 9.75 € without presenting a receipt, and then 30 minutes passed and they came to us A man from the reception knocked on the room and demanded another $9.75! We tried to explain to him that we had already paid this amount, but no one wanted to listen to us! Because of the long journey, we did not quarrel and find out, we simply remained with our negative opinion!

Free wifi when I’m out of country is great. The downside was you have to login every time it lost connection. The other issue was how much info you had to add. The toilet seat in room 109 doesn’t stay up. The gentleman on days seemed reluctant to offer anything. The ladies were much better.

The transportation from airport to hotel.

When I got to CDG Airport at 11:15 pm on Saturday, I was told that I could find shuttles to take me to the hotel. No one said that they stopped operating after 10:00 pm. I was at the mercy of cab drivers. The 5 min ride to the airport ended up costing me 30 euros. That was outrageous and very disappointing.

I couldn't find the hair dryer. Our curtains were off the rings for the window. We had to rehang some of them. The hallways needed a good vacuuming, but our room was clean. We only got a bath towel each no handtowel.

Location, and it was quiet. It had a decent breakfast and it was served very early so we could eat before our flight.
