The noise and the pillows. I had a room facing the street and it was noisy at night. Also the pillow was too tall for my neck. Everything else was amazing.

Everything, was so confy and the shower was excellent. Also the recepcionist was so kind and helpful, he assisted us to buy pizza over the phone and have it deliveredto our room.

Nothing worth mentioning!

Nice and welcoming staff. Good breakfast that had what was needed. Trainstation a short walk away that took us into the city in about 20 minutes. Good parking facilities. I highly recommend this hotel!

Had to ask for extra coffeee sachets and milk. One per person for two days is too little. Made us wonder what a non premium room was like. What was the difference? Sad no lounge and limited English language channels on TV, which was incidentally hard to navigate.

Breakfast was good as otjers have stated correctly.

There was probably a small leak from the bathroom to the bedroom in the first room I was. But as I said earlier, it wasn't a problem because the staff was great and gave me another room straightaway. If I was travelling on my own, I would make sure I don't get a room that interconnects with another one via an inside door (but again, it wasn't a problem for me in this occasion since my family was in the other room, and it was like having a suite).

The staff was amazing and very friendly! There was a problem with the room the first night and they changed our rooms immediately and accommodated our special requirements (we were travelling as a family and wanted the 2 rooms to be next to each other). Even though the decoration was a bit dated, it didn't matter because the rooms were extremely clean and the bathroom was new. I booked 2 rooms (one for me, one for my family). We had 2 rooms that interconnects via an inside door, which was great for us. It was like being in a suite.

I drive an electric car. It's 2023. The hotel did not have possibilities to charge electric cars .... A true shame.

excellent value for the money , you get what you paid for, just plain and simple rooms with small toilets , overall size of the rooms are small 14m , but was clean and parking was easy ,staff very friendly , and helpful , calm area is an advantage in Paris , take a walk near the river in the morning, but a bit far from main attractions, for example 32 min drive to the arc de triumph

I wouldn't travel here on holiday but for a work trip it was fine.

Clean and comfortable, within a reasonable walking distance from the RER station and easy to get to from Paris CDG, this hotel met my needs perfectly since I was visiting the local hospital on business. Breakfast, although with limited choice, was fresh and absolutely fine.
