Location is at the far end of Marais. Near red light district and has large groups of men gathering outside and near the metro which is confronting and very loud from late afternoon through the evening. Lacks nice coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Bathroom products were of a good quality. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very clear and quiet spacious compared to other hotel. The hotel manager Seo made our stay very nice despite of the glitz in booking she made our stay very comfortable and easy.

Like everywhere in Paris, the rooms are small, but I had a lovely little balcony.

Small room, narrow spaces

The room was small, but so are most of them in Paris. Bed was really comfortable also they have nice soaps, shampoos etc. The bathroom and the room in general was very clean.

Ordered a room with 2 twin beds but the beds are only few inches apart. So close that they look more as a queen bed. There is no complementary breakfast, not even coffee with some snacks. Therefore you have to find a place to have your first meal of the day.

Location at the heart of Paris and walking distance to multiple tourist attractions. The hotel is remodeled so the rooms and bathrooms are up to date. Also, the room is clean with double panel windows which prevents to the noise from streets to leak inside the room. The balcony is nice and allow for some nice picture, even though you won’t stand too long outside with the noise level. There is no breakfast at the hotel but that’s fone given that you will want to save your money to try the Parisian cafes.

Room did not have a kettle but it did have a coffee machine.

Location : perfect, easy reach to 2 metros (station); walking distance to shops and restaurants; the staff especially Sasha was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was standard but still good for value. Room was clean and tidy but could do with a kettle too.

Although it says they have room service this is only for breakfast. This was an issue for me as I knew I’d be returning late to the hotel and was counting on this for dinner.

At the time of checking in we were being served then suddenly the receptionist swiched over to serve some other guests making us wait. We thought that wasn't polite and that guests should be served in order. Also, the shower seal was broken and sticking out, which seems unusual in a 4 star hotel.

My sister and I stayed at one of the twin rooms. We loved the locations as it was a walking distance from the very centre. Many restarurants and coffee shops around. The metro stops also in a very close proximity. The beds were extremly comfortable and there was a great selection of drinks in the room.
