The breakfast was really poor. Lack of selection, basic coffee, I would eat breakfast elsewhere next time. I am not sure I would consider this hotel great value for money, but to be fair accommodation in Paris is expensive overall.

The room was nice, the balcony was fantastic and the hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants, easy transport, felt safe in the neighbourhood. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Perfect location with metro station just few meters away fm hotel entrance, full of cafes and shops. Breakfast ok with all basics, ambient just too small and underground. Room quite small but acceptable for Paris standards, small bathroom but very good shower, staff was very smiling and willing to help, pls bear in mind heavy traffic on this Boulevard, could be too noisy some time but all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for yr stay in Paris.

From the hotel review I expected gluten-free products during the breakfast but all the bread was gluten. However, there was still a great choice of fresh fruits.

I liked the idea of trust when you could grab something at the bar on the 0 floor and then tell what you had at the reception. And when you travel with kids, you never know when they get hungry. And the beds are just amazing! I also enjoyed the view on the Sebastobol street. First I though to book a room with a small balcony but then I realised that you don't need one, you simply open a window, place a table next to the window and voila! The location is pretty good, I appreciated the proximity of the underground station.

Location is great - excellent access to metro and close and in an interesting neighbourhood. We had a good room - and very good service from all the front desk staff. Breakfast was good as well.

My daughter and I booked a double room. It was pretty snug, with not much floor space, which meant that it was a bit cramped on one side. Also no bath. But all the facilities were very clear and we mainly only used the room to sleep in anyway, as we were busy site seeing and getting out and about. Room cleaned every day and looked after well. Bed was very comfy.

A nice hotel, good and helpful staff. Didn't book in for breakfasts so can't comment on catering. We just went out each day and ate breakfast in one of the many cafes Paris offers! :)

Breakfast room in the basement, so didnt get breakfast there. Room was on top floor under the roof top: decoration was horrendous, very noisy (felt like the window was open although it wasnt). Looks like they could have won the competition for the worst fitness room in Paris (all hotels in Paris compete in this category tbh). I guess if you are into yoga and dont want to practice it into your room that will be fine.

we were on the ground floor on the corner of two streets with lots of foot traffic walking past the windows so it got a bit noisey. the noise is muffled so not too loud but if you’re a light sleeper then ear plugs are key.
