Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Selecting this hotel for our honeymoon was a great choice! Perfect location: walking distance to the most of Paris sightseeings, many cafes/restaurants are in nearby streets, shopping opportunities for any wallet just in 10 min away. Breakfast was very tasty with amazing lemon cake (my greetings to the Chef). Staff was nice and helpful, we always receive some small presents during our stay - so sweet! Highly recommend this hotel and wish to stay here next time!

Great location. Hearty breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Nabeel who seemed to head the reception/concierge was amazing. So helpful & considerate. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax & be close to everything. They made it enjoyable. I’ve been to Paris many times but this was the smoothest trip. My wife & I enjoyed every aspect.

Monacothe only thing that needs improvement is the Breackfast
Great location, wonderful staff so kind, friendly and helpful. I was organising a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and they did all I requested decorated the room restaurant suggestions and reservation. I was with my two doggies they were welcome very warmly! I stayed in the junior suite, was so nice. definitely will return again!

RussiaThe hotel is great value for money, probably the best in Paris. Have been staying there for many years and it never disappoints. The facilities are clean, spaceous rooms, friendly accomodating staff, very helpful concierge. It's perfect for a quiet comfortable stay in Paris in the very heart of the city.
The only big problem I encountered this time was the in room dining menu. Very small menu with no choice for kids whatsoever (or those eating healthy). Not a single dish my 7 year old could eat. And we were staying for a week. However I must admit that the hot staff did fund a solution as they bought ingredients to specifically cook kids friendly and very healthy food for us - we had a new option for dinner every day. It was so good that I ended up ordering the same dishes too. It was effortless and seamless. However I do think the hotel could work some magic on the menu to make it more diverse and cater to different tastes. Same applies for breakfast which could use a addition of a couple of salads. The pastries offered at breakfast are also of very poor quality for an unknown reason since it's Paris and even Monoprix sells pastires to die for.
