Very good hotel and location arriving late from the ferry and, friendly check-in by night staff, easy car parking and dog friendly. We were able to get a drink in the bar even though late! The room was a twin with ensuite facilities, all clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. We would stay again!

It is the second time we use Novotel for our trips through France and after this stay, we will for sure do it again. The price is very reasonable, the service is good, the food and drinks are nice and the rooms pretty decent.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice bar and swimming pool. Given the location (main roads on two sides and a tram on the other) the rooms were very quiet. Good breakfast. Looked like the room had been updated recently and the air con worked well

Restaurant experience let the hotel down. 2 hours to serve 2 courses as a consequence of a tourist coach arriving and there not being sufficient staff to deal with the volume of diners

Finding it was a nightmare, we could see it be could not workout in the dark how to get to it. You need to go up the slip road which takes you on to the tram tracks and then you have to drive along the tram tracks avoiding the trams. It was obvious and the next day I had to ask how you then get out of the carpark on the tram tracks.

The room was big, with a comfy large bed, and very clean. The best thing was the hotel although full was so very quiet. It had tea & coffee making facilities, yes it had a kettle which is unusual for France. Breakfast was fabulous and well worth the money.

Food at breakfast and dinner was very good much better than expected for this type of a hotel. Free parking big carpark safe for large car. Free hot / cold water at the reception with glass bottles to refill - every hotel should have this

Hotel was somewhat out of town although tram station nearby....

never took breakfast here as seemed a bit expensive for a family of 5 had dinner of which was enjoyable .........Thank you to Franck and Pueblo

Pricing a bit steep. For dinner we went to the big red bus for take away (and very good) pizza instead of dinner at the hotel which would have been 100Euros in addition to the 230euros room rate.

Hotel as an evening stop on the way to Cherbourg for the ferry - chosen as it has a nice pool to cool off in and for the kids to wear themselves out after hours in the car. Pool is excellent, good breakfast. Staff excellent. Hotel own car park. Loved the table footie in the reception (free).
