Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Francecampaniles are starting to look old. Once upon a time there were couples running them, I think this is less and less.
Location is excellent for an overnight stay, especially if you have dogs, as there are areas to walk them.

United KingdomThe hotel and rooms are a bit dated, but I guess that's reflected in the price. The quality of food in the restaurant is very poor, I had a pizza which was inedible. If you fancy a drink I would suggest beer or wine, avoid any spirits as the measure is small (but not the price!) The lounge has a pool table stuck in the middle of the room so not a great place to relax. There are plenty of alternative hotels in the area, so they really need to up their game!
The hotel was easily accessed just off the motorway, room was comfortable and warm. Ideal for a one night stay

United KingdomWe always wish that there was a walk-in shower in the rooms. Surely these small baths with shower over are out of fashion now. Being over 70 we always have difficulty getting in and out of the silly baths to get a shower.
Room was fine, we are very familiar with Campanile hotels and this one is fine. Basic, good, clean accommodation.

Easy to find Campanile on the edge of Riom in a zone filled with other hotels. Basic room, wifi available. Nice thing about the Campaniles is that they have a restaurant with the hotel and not just a "snack bar" or similar. Breakfast was good. Car park. Pool table in the bar area. :)
