personnel is not polite as we are asian , they are not smilely

there is the problem of the toilet, the button is not working well. as we arrive in the late afternoon. we do not have much time to visit therefore we didn't have time to complain for changing the room. As we make only one reservation for two rooms and we have already request for the same floor. They didn't book the same floor in the beginning but they change the room for us. We just don't understand we have make the request since our booking but they didn't understand at all.

The shower is in a tiny bath, not a shower tray, I could not get into it, I was unable to take a shower. The decor was tired, the room was small

Very pleasant hotel! Met our needs for a one day stay by being right at the train station, tram line right in front of hotel and walking distance to the sights! Staff was delightful! Breakfast good! Room comfortable!

Noisy due to Restaurant and bar are just near and on the ground floor, even room on 4 floor is affected. Besides, towels are all grey color instead white.

Wifi was non existent. Even in the foyer. Staff were not too interested. If you need proper wifi go to the station or use Dijon Metro free. Or find a restaurant. Anything is better than the hotel's wifi

Carpets were filthy in the room, our white socks were black from walking on floor. The bed was really comfortable but a few days after our stay I came out in an awful rash, turns out it was from bed bug bites. Our son was staying in room next door and saw a few black spots on bed but thought nothing if it. My arms and legs were covered in bites. I have approached the hotel but they haven’t responded to me. Also, the hotel put a temporary hold on my credit card for the price of one room. Rather than deduct this off the final bill, I had to pay in full. I didn’t get access to the £95 ‘hold’ for a further 8 days.

Location was great. Rooms were quiet despite being next to train station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Campanile Dijon Centre - Gare, and it was an absolute gem of a find. Located conveniently near the bus stop and the railway station, this hotel proved to be an ideal choice for my one-night stay in Dijon before catching an early bus to Paris airport. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect. With easy access to both the bus stop and the railway station, I was able to navigate my way effortlessly, saving valuable time and energy. The staff at Campanile Dijon Centre - Gare were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Staff were very nice pleasant atmosphere within the hotel near nice restaurants and shops. Across from the railway station. Beautiful city well worth a visit.

I am still waiting for my money (it's already 3 weeks!) which was blocked in my account. I paid cash at the hotel and I was told that my 208 EUR will be unblocked in a few days- nothing happened. I asked the hotel for a contact with their french bank - no answer. I travel a lot around the world and I had never a situation like this......my bank says - the money is blocked, the hotel says - the money is unblocked and booking customer service says- I have to ask my bank. It's a scandal and I will not accept it like this.
