Temperature in the room was quite low, heating did not work. No additional towels and no curtains. Shuttle to Disneyland in common with other hotels in the area. It can be really crowded not good if you have children

Maybe property could have kettles in demand for when guests needed them for hot water.

Our second time staying at this property..it changed its name after the Covid but otherwise it still has that warm and country feeling at this property. Clean sheets and breakfast was always orderly and organised by the well managed staffs. Good choices for breakfast but unfortunately not many Halal food were provided but simple basics like cereals, breads and croissants were a plenty. We enjoyed the mini farm that this property has and simply adore their bunnies especially Hily! Great fun for both kids and adults.

Location if only purpose of visiting is to visit Disney land. Otherwise, 1.5 hours from Paris on public transport and 1 hours by car.

The bus was a huge fight every return journey as it supplied all of the hotels along that strip but, it was a single bus. All of the other hotels put on double busses and could be seen leaving nearly half full most trips. I used Uber most of the time which is around 10-15€ per ride.

Don’t go expecting a great full English, However the baked food, like the croissants and pancakes were lovely.

Book in time was at 3pm and we arrived at about 11am so we needed somewhere comfortable to wait but the music in the bar area was so loud and it was so hot in there and the reception area it was very uncomfortable. Only one pillow each in the room. And one towel each in the bathroom, no hand towel, on the second day I asked for two more towels which we were given but on returning to the room after the day out the cleaner had removed those two towels! The music in the bar was awfully loud and the sort you'd have in a club not nice background music, I asked on the third night if they could turn it down which the did, a great improvement. No safe in our room.

Overall a good stay the room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The choice of food at breakfast was very good.

the shuttle bus to disney was always extremely full as the hotel is the last stop of the route so we had to wait for the next bus and IF lucky to find an empty space ( after our first attempt failed miserably .. we ended up getting the uber for our whole stay there for coming / going to disney)

There were not enough power outlets in the room, and none were near the beds.

Room was of a decent size. Price was fine taking location into account. Breakfast was good, although a bit limited.

The shuttle bus (back from Disneyland) is not satisfactorily arranged as we cannot find the correct bus stop without clear signs. I understand it is not what the hotel alone can control, but still it makes the stay not perfect. Besides, RER A is not always reliable. Going to the center and back can be troublesome.

It is a reasonably priced hotel near Disneyland. The buffet breakfast is good and the farm is interesting. The small shopping/gaming area is fancy enough to amuse my two kids.

We were unable to control the heating so it was a little cold for November.

Staff were excellent, very friendly. Breakfast -range of food and quality, was very very good, as was the buffet selection. Room was clean and spacious, though the heating could have been better. It is an excellent location for visiting the Disney park and Paris using the free shuttle bus and train.

Great quality-price. The breakfast is very complete and the staff is very helpful. The room is not very spacious but it fits perfectly for a stay of few days The shuttle service to go and back from the train station is very useful.

The room was a nice size. The bathroom was a little old but the water pressure was good. The complimentary breakfast was great value and even had hot items like bacon and scrambled eggs. Shuttle bus can be very hectic and full. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
