How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Small rooms but suitable for a family.
Value for money hotel. Clean, helpful staff and good breakfast. It suitable for short stay, specially if you want the hotel only for sleep.

A major and annoying problem was the bus or shuttle to Disneyland. It was usually too crowded and unsafe. Perhaps an idea during peak hours would be to have more buses or one bus per hotel.
Cleanliness of the room and beds, as well as the quality of the breakfast.

They’ve changed buffet restaurant to table service
Easy for park, used it for extra night after staying at the Davy Crockett ranch, to make full use of our last days passes included in Disney package we bought. Much cheaper

Bathroom is small, toilet water did not flush properly, the sink and bathtub were cracked and repaired on top of that. Breakfast was ok, but there is room for better. There are no entertainers at the reception or in the location.
Hotel is clean, located aprox. 10 minutes by car from Disneyland. The shuttle is free and can be used very easily directly in front of the hotel. The room corresponds to the description in all terms, including the size. Pictures correspond to reality. Although check-in is at 15.00, you can pay a fee of 30 euros for early check-in. The staff was communicative. We were satisfied with this hotel and recommend it.

Nothing to comment, maybe some small fridge in the rooms can be useful for longer stays.
The property is very nice, cleaning is done daily in the rooms, breakfast is tasty. Rooms are comfortable and although the hotel was almost fully booked it was quiet. The bar proved to be very handy at evening. It is close to Disneyland and provides a free shuttle service to Marne La Valle - Chessy station from where the train to Paris center takes about an hour.

The hot breakfast was questionable - it was luke warm at best and the quality was not great
Breakfast was ok, continental option was really good - hot option was not so hot. Room was well presented, it was a good sleep and a good place to rest after a long day in Disneyland The shuttle was busy - luckily the hotel is usually the first pick up place and the first drop off, so didnt have to deal with the crammed shuttle for too long between hotel and Disney

Room very basic and small. Had to queue outside in the rain for breakfast they could do with expanding to facility so people arnt having to queue for long periods. Rooms could do with updating. We often a fight to get on the shuttle bus.
Breakfast was great. Staff really friendly. Fresh towels and bed linen each day! Great location for Disney with free shuttle

No kettle supplied for own hot drinks. Hot water charged at 2.5e a cup. Chargeable car park unless booked stay directly with the hotel.
Great location, very clean comfortable rooms. Lovely helpful staff in the breakfast restaurant.

Having to pay additional for parking. €15 a day is not cheap. Even though you can include breakfast in the price of the room, having to pay for parking means that you effectively pay for additional breakfast

The toilet in the room had bad smell wasn't properly cleaned and windows to was very dirty.

- Don't expect to be able to make a lunch and take with you. Staff stopped people bringing in any bags (mini handbags only) and also if anyone tried to take out any food. Seen a lady stopped who was taking a small half eaten sandwich (I thought it was only a napkin in her hand). - Arrived back 00:05 after watching the fireworks and waiting for the bus. We were very cold but there was no where to get a cup of tea. No facility in the rooms, cafe closed and machine broke. - Minor point as we were hardly in the room but advertised as having a TV in rooms that show 6 languages, but all channel were French only. Queried with reception and they confirmed this. Shrugged their shoulders when I mentioned the advert.
Room was clean and comfortable. Free bus was very handy to and from Disneyland. Breakfast had a good variety. The mini farm was cute. I would recommend the hotel
