It was quite close to the neighbours and each side were crying babies. Not the campsites fault obviously, but a bit more space between the neighbour mobiles homes would be nicer

On a couple of ocassions, the onsite restaurants opening hours changed with no notice given. This was frustrating but the only negative experience we had.

Swimming Facilities were brilliant for our small children. Mobile Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds - very hard Pool - too cold, kids freezing coming out of it. Also not enough sun beds Location - bit too far from village and shops. Not a good location without a car

The bed in our mobile home was very hard. We ate in the restaurant once and the food wasn’t very good so we didn’t go back. We used the snack bar a few times. The service was slow but we enjoyed the food. I think the campsite needs to invest in its catering staff. There were things on every night but there was only one night where it was loud which was fine. We didn’t have a car so if we went to Il de Re again we would probably stay a bit closer to one of the larger towns but overall we loved Il de Re and exploring on our bikes - the cycle paths everywhere are fantastic.

Great staff on reception- very helpful. Lovely quiet site. We loved the pool. The privilege cottage that we stayed in was very clean and spacious- it had everything we needed. Saint Marie de Re is a lovely quiet village with a small market. It’s about a 10 minute cycle from the campsite. The majority of people on the site were French which we loved. Overall we had a fantastic week.

No restaurant when we was there, we wasn’t offered any bedding on check in , and some information on where local restaurants and shops are would be more helpful

The property had not been cleaned when we arrived, also the restaurant and bar were closed for 2 days due to a wedding. We were not aware of this when we booked.

There were only 2 showers and 2 toilets near the bungalows, and they were a bit minimalistic and not very clean.

Nice campsite with a pool. There are food / drinks options onsite, although very limited when we stayed there (out of the summer holidays). The bungalow we stayed in vas very clean.

The services offered to us on site are not in accordance with those announced: - The coffee maker was not present. After request, it has never been delivered and we had to move to pick it up. The coffee maker provided was leaking and flooding the worktop. We reported it and the reception who promised us a change during the day. This request was repeated 4 times, the change never took place. - One television per room, but one was missing, never replaced - The TV signal was not stable, TV unwatchable. Problem reported twice, never solved. - The outside door to the bedroom was locked. Impossible to properly ventilate the room. No corrective action after our request - No BBQ unlike equipment listed in website Big disappointment and lost time, the benefits are clearly not in relation to the 1770 euros paid for a week.

The mobile homes were too close together, and our stay was ruined by two families, (obviously related) shouting and behaving anti socially until 4 o.clock in the morning. We just could not sleep!!!

The accommodation was nice and clean and the reception people were very helpful.

Would b better with air conditioning. Onsite restaurant was very basic. Opening hours of convenience store & takeaway were also very limited.

Ideal location for visiting the island by bike. Mobile home was well equipped with spacious decking area. Pool was great and the site as a whole was very well maintained, quiet and safe. Would stay again.
