As we said, the kitchen has to be considered as an extra. It doesn't have all the comforts of a new kitchen and therefore it is not intended to be used to prepare meals for big families but rather to heat some food for a small family who doesn't want to go to a restaurant every night.

The room and house were very nice and clean. Séverine is a very polite and gentle professional. The breakfast was marvellous. The kitchen came as a nice extra to the room we rented. The games room was also a beautiful addition. Our son could practice his piano lessons and we could play some nice games. We could see the good taste in many details.

Great location, free parking near to property, but you can park outside the property to unload or load car. Excellent Wifi, always had hot water, shower was great. Rustic much loved home with lots of character.

excellent location, breakfast on offer looked amazing. staff very friendly, even left treats for my dog JB. After being out for the day it was really nice to come back to a warm welcoming apartment. Wifi was excellent.

excellentplace to stay right in the middle of Quillan, river runs at the back of the property, mountains to the front. host sent very clear instructions, the help was extremely helpful, lots of information on hand. walking from the property is superb. Plenty of hot water, breakfast looked amazing, comfy beds. pet friendly, free parking. whats not to like. weather picked up as the week went on, beautiful sunny days with a slight breeze.

Please get new pillows. We will definitely visit again (this was our second trip )... But the pillows are really not great!

This is a brilliant rustic guest house. Lovely views with wonderful breakfast. Good sized rooms and excellent showers. Free parking. Quillan is a fabulous place to explore the cathar country. Good recommendations from the helpful host.

Nothing to dislike!

Beautiful, typically French Town house overlooking the River Aude and Place de la Republic. It is in a great location. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of continental meats, cheese, yoghurts, bread, jam, eggs, and cereal. In fact, anything you can think of, and at a time we wanted. Séverine looked after us very well. The use of the kitchen and fridge is really helpful and to chill out in the living room. Guest rooms are big and very comfortable. Parking nearby, but you can unload the car outside. We would definitely stay again.

For a short stay of two nights, we couldn't find any negatives.

It was enough for us, there were things like in some small hotels - from coffee, tea, milk, croissants, bread, butter and various jams to cereals and fruits.

A very comfortable room in an elegant house overlooking the Aude river and a lovely view of the castle. Very homely decor in the bedroom and a communal lounge made it very comfortable. There is only one other guest room so the stay is very personal. There was a great selection of food at breakfast ( coffee/teas), breads, cereals, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt ....). Location is very central.

Wow, one of the best stays we had. View from the room amazing (to town square and church l), room decoration authentic with all needed facilities. Breakfast was good, local products like cheese, bread, spreads. Owner was very helpful, giving advices were to go for dinner.

The house is nicely located and we liked the river view. The room was comfortable and well equipped but a bit shabby. Some people may think that's part of the charm of the place but I think it should be redecorated. If it were my house I would do it. Otherwise we were very happy with our short stay. The breakfast was very good and the lady who served it was delightful. We'd stay with you again another time and well may because my sister has a flat in Quillan but lives in Melbourne. We live in the UK and it is far better meeting her in France than putting up with the long journey to Australia. When we're in Quillan we always take an airbnb but on this occasion we wanted a one night stay as we had been elsewhere and were returning to the UK on the day of our departure from your place.
