The 5pm check in time is non-negotiable and painful if you arrive in Clermont-Ferrand in the morning after a long international flight. The apartment's kitchen was missing many basic items such as a mug, bowl or plate. The bathroom requires a deep clean.

Located very centrally, and I didn't feel unsafe as a solo female traveler. Considering the price point, the accommodation doesn't under deliver.

Rather difficult to find as located in a side street and above the supermarket. The bathroom was very small and constricted. There was no mirror in the bedroom.

Great location in centre of old town. Helpful staff who spoke some English. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate for our short visit.

It took us time to figure out how to park and get in. There were some homeless people outside the building but they didn’t bother us.

This is like a student residence, with small rooms and narrow hallways. However the room had a small kitchen that was perfect, and there was enough room for 2 people with our suitcases. It was a bit strange figuring out how to get in. The parking was in the underground parking fir a supermarket. Take the elevator up and go out and across the pedestrian path. Use a code to get up and into the apartment residence. There were many other families as well. Once in the room it was nice, and had windows that opened into an inner courtyard. There was dish soap, towels, toilet paper and linen supplied.

The room was pretty simple, which was fine for my purposes. A bit loud at night — lots of high rise housing around, and people were occasionally noisy in the hall.

The staff was super helpful and nice. Parking was easy — there's a nearby parking garage that they direct you to and validate for.

The Location was good, the accesses not very clear but with a call to the Hotel we manage to arrive. Staff were very nice and kind, always helpful. Could improve a little the cleaning and comfort

The staffs were not friendly. We had stayed there for 5 nights. Despite this fact, they did not allow us to stay for 1-2 extra hours after the actual check-out time. Room cleaning service costs extra charge. Moreover, the staffs were very unfriendly while seeking help with the laundry service using. It is very unusual to see 5 pm as the check-in time while just 10 AM as the check-out time. After checking out, we can wait at the reception desk for additional 1-2 hours, but we are not allowed to go to the bathroom at that time.

The location is very good. The room was good as well with good bathroom.

The location is perfect - above the supermarket and 2 minutes walking from a large square. A fridge and cooking is available, and the room is spacious. The lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating!

Well, different strokes ... but found the initial street area dirty and depressing. However that is not the residence itself.

Most of the staff was above average engaged, very helpful, and pleasant. Very nice. The rooms were basic, no frills, but very clean, and the trio of sleeping-showering-making some food worked out well.
