Breakfast finished at 9.30, seems early? large hotel so anonymous really. Restaurant was very bright no ambience.

Restaurant and bar staff very nice. Parking good. No milk in room for coffee.

Great location to stop overnight if travelling to south of France or Spain or back, as located near the highway, but surrounded by greenery so you do not feel/hear the road. Good dinner and wine list at reasonable price, great outdoor swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very decent and free for kids, which is convenient if travelling with family. 15 car ride from Clermont Ferrand city center if you want to explore the city.

The smell. They use some kind of air freshener that is not fresh, and very pungent. The whole lobby area was really fragrant, to the point that it interferes with us enjoying our drinks and appetiser. We also had to repeat our order twice, since they forgot about it, twice. To be fair, they did apologise for it and gave me a complimentary glass of wine. About the room, the scent wasn’t so intense there, but on the other hand the hair dryer was broken, making a super loud noise and a burned smell. It would not be so bad if it wasn’t for the fact that we paid 190€ for a double room and breakfast. It felt too expensive for what it was.

It is right by the highway, fantastic for a one night stop. They have a huge fully fenced garden and a nice swimming pool. The lobby is really nice looking and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also quite good.

Bit expensive but I think that's probably just France these days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for an overnight stay. Lovely bar and sitting area. Note to the hotel - I incorrectly insisted that breakfast was included which I now know was not. My apologies to the staff in question and please charge me on the card used or contact me with payment details.

Recently stayed at Novotel at St. Witz and facilities and staff so much better. No coffee machine in room or drinks. Breakfast poor for the price - overcrowded with little choice

Room 206 was a little tired - both the carpet and the wash basin were stained.

the waiting staff at lunch were very unaccommodating: the menu is extremely limited and they were not prepared to let my 15 year old daughter to have pasta off the kids menu even though I offer to pay adult price for it.

Family room wasn’t all that spacious and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Pillows also a bit pathetic but for one night, it’s manageable.

Lovely hotel with the added benefit of a pool and plenty of outdoor space for children to play football/basketball/table tennis. Even an Xbox for them too. Lovely outdoor seating areas and well presented bar & restaurant.

The breakfast could have been excellent but there were loads of flies on the food.

A year later and we still enjoy this hotel as a stopover on our way to the Atlantic and back. It has everything we need and more. We actually look forward to spending a night here. Especially the outside area is unexpectedly nice. If there is a downside, I would say the breakfast is overpriced, unless you are very hungry and have plenty of time to eat. But there is an express breakfast option that is not advertised and that is good value.
