The parking price seemed a little expensive

The location was excellent in the old town, the hotel was quirky and very clean and the staff were very helpful. There was parking onsite with a car lift.

The room was a bit small for families with one child but you can always choose the bigger options. This was our choice :)

The hotel is very well located. It’s super easy to reach vieux lyon by walk. Staff was so gentle and helpful. Breakfast is enough and delicious. if I come to lyon again no need to search for other hotels.

Angle poise beside lamps were difficult to position. Problems with the lift culminating in it breaking down just before check out. Reception sent someone to carry my luggage down five floors which I appreciated. The quirky school-themed decor may not be to everyone's taste but I enjoyed my three night stay.

Interesting 'themed' hotel in a superb location in Vieux Lyon. Large comfortable rooms with all amenities including reliable wifi. Particularly liked the water fountain in the lobby. Excellent breakfast. Helpful friendly staff.

Staff on check in was not friendly at all. Didn't even respond when we first said hello. We had both French and English speakers in our party, so there was no excuse. The next day the two female staff on reception were fantastic and could not have helped us more.

Location brilliant, couldn't ask for more. Amazing boulangerie very close as is Old Town. The room assigned to us was a little small. The bathroom was equal size to the bed area. It was fairly quiet at night but you do hear some noise.

Breakfast was relatively expensive. There is parking available but entrance into car park is very tight if you have a larger car.

School theme brilliantly done! Nice, very good sparkling/ still water fountain in the lobby for your room / gourd (and a bar football as well). Very good bedding, nice bathroom. Had a quiet room despite closeness to Old City and its numberless haunts. Nifty garage! Quite good breakfast. Excellent location for visiting the city

Situation good with a pleasant walk into town and many restaurants close to the hotel. Staff at the hotel were excellent, friendly and helpful.

The internet was a bit slow.

Staff were incredibly helpful. We had a problem and couldn't use our phone so one of the staff members allowed us to use her personal phone. The location is perfect and the concept of the hotel is great.

however the reason we chose this hotel is because we were driving and it has parking... I messaged the hotel prior to arrival to advise that we had a large truck but they assured me it was no issue, on arrival we were told that as it was underground parking the truck was too big! we arrived late and had a table booked with friends, messing around trying to find alternative parking made us late and was pretty stressful in a city we didn't know, not to mention that we would have chosen somewhere different at a lower cost if we knew we were just going to have to park in public parking anyway, we won't be back for that reason.

although good vfm the undergraduate room was very small with functional but austere bathroom. hallways also quite dark with blackboard painted walls. lots of big photos of groups of schoolboys everywhere.

Location excellent at one end of the old town. Quirky theme of college in the 1950s. The ground floor is fun with lots of old gym equipment, wooden desks and old leather sofas. staff very nice and helpful.
