Charming, friendly staff and beautiful room set the tone for my Strasbourg experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for value, location and helpful and amazing staff!

Noting, everything was OK. Reaching the hotel by car is quite tricky and requires to study the local map very carefully.

Great location in historical building. Very well kept and restored. The whole equipment in the room functioned well, except the temperature control / heating which was not working properly. The hotel staff was helpful and provided an alternative solution.

The hotel is located near the canal. It is very close to the Cathedral and the old town. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice and the breakfast was very good.

Nothing, we enjoyed and will cole back to that hotel and the region in summer.

We were welcomed warm and nice from the reception. Me and my girlfriend felt directly well after our long car ride. We received help for planning our sightseeing tour the next day, were offered to make restaurant reservations for us and got tips, how we could spend our time in Strasbourg. Reception was eloquent and fluent in many languages. Our luggage was carried to the room and we received an introduction. Usually, we needed to go to more expensive hotels for such a service. We went out for dinner and a small box of chocolates was put in our room in the meantime. A lovely and not expected gesture for Valentine‘s day.

Very nice location. Lovely Christmas setting. Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. What a nice renovation of an authentic building of Strasbourg.

Unfortunately I had intentionally booked prestige (more expensive) room in French style, because it’s was a holiday weekend and gift from me to my family but we were accommodating in the mansard room in rural style, completely not from the photos from my booking. It was the only thing that I wanted to be different (my husband is 2m and low ceiling - it was funny :) it would be nice if hotel show the real photos!

It’s a historical beautiful building placed right near the center, almost in it. We were for the Christmas weekend and it’s one of the best places to visit for the Christmas holidays. Room was spacious, our car was parked by valet (quit easy to get to the place following the instructions from the hotel). Even no additional charges for the cat. 🐈 Incredible hotel! New year decorations added vibes.

My only criticism is the TV satellite broadcasting. There is a need to rectify the connection with the service provider as transmission to some channels is interrupted.

Having travelled extensively in Europe in 2023, this hotel is definitely the best. We liked almost everything. The staff were outstanding an a credit to the hotel and their individual professions.

I truly cannot think of anything that would have made our stay here better.

Loved the location and it's proximity to the Strasbourg Christmas markets. We also found a coffee shop next to the hotel which was excellent. The staff were so nice and provided us with additional transportation information that made our travel to Colmar so easy and inexpensive. Breakfast was excellent with many different food choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other.
