Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandMy room faced the road. The weather was very hot so I had to leave the window open at night or I would have melted. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the traffic junction just outside my window.
The room was a good size. The facilities exceeded my expectations. A fridge, hot-plates and microwave were not expected! The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

RussiaThe room was not cleaneв at all. There were used towels on the floor and chairs. There was no staff at all. I got some useless response only after 24 hours. Dispate messaging in the app and calling them. The shower was clogged. Maybe few years it was a reasonable place, but now hardly anyone is managing it.
That somebody on the second day finally clean my apartment.

Spacious, clean with all you need for a good night stay. After reading reviews, got a bit apprehensive, for my surprise room of a very good size, clean and all you need appliances wise. WiFi! Area a bit down due to some buildings been left abandoned. Residence with lift. Not 5 starts as you go through communal area, corridors, but I am very happy with how clean it was, what I ask a comfortable clean bed and shower! Very quiet and we did sleep by a main road. Don't judge a book by its cover!! Recommended booked again on my way back to the UK!!

The property in on the campus and facilities are not as good as they are showing in pictures (pictures are not from the actual facilities, most probably just from the advertising adds). As in dormitories of students the facilities are not kept well: radiators were broken, TV and WiFi did not wot and the worst thing that they have cockroaches.
