Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThere wasn't a blanket on my bed when I arrived. There was one in the wardrobe, so I ended up using that, but on the next morning, my left eye got conjunctivitis. Hopefully that's just a coincidence, as otherwise, this place was superb.
- The hotel was much better than I expected for this price. - They give you free drinking water so you won't have to buy your own. - You get a nice view from the room as well.

SerbiaThere is no heating in hallways and loby, also our bathroom drainage was done poorly so we had a lake that stays there after shower.
Hotel Rovno was beatuiful hotel once, and now there is still some charme of it, like Vidin, Bulgaria and whole Balkans itself. Rooms we stayed are reconstructed, with A/C, great WiFi, breakfast as room service was good. Restaurant Champion nearby is very good.

The hotel lobby was freezing. I felt really sorry for the desk clerk who had to sit there and check in guests. They were wearing parkas. Check in was fine. We were told that breakfast would be served in our room instead of the restaurant. I think this is because they didn’t want to turn on the heat in the restaurant. We got up to our room and the heater was blasting out warm air. It was quite nice as the hallway was freezing. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic. We both ordered omelettes. We got a huge omelette with ham and cheese, toast, coffee, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, and coffee. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant. The hotel has a great view of the Danube and is right beside the promenade that goes all the way along the river. The hotel is looking a little tired and could do with a sprucing up, but overall it was a nice stay.

United StatesEverything is basically fine, but it’s an older building in need of updates, the elevator is quirky and has its own rules about where it stops and who gets to use it next, they’re replacing it, the AC was dripping in my room so I had to keep a bottle under it so it didn’t damage the floor. But not a big deal.
Great view of the Danube, staff is friendly, breakfasts was an extensive spread and the fruit was excellent.
