There wasn't a blanket on my bed when I arrived. There was one in the wardrobe, so I ended up using that, but on the next morning, my left eye got conjunctivitis. Hopefully that's just a coincidence, as otherwise, this place was superb.

There is no heating in hallways and loby, also our bathroom drainage was done poorly so we had a lake that stays there after shower.

Hotel Rovno was beatuiful hotel once, and now there is still some charme of it, like Vidin, Bulgaria and whole Balkans itself. Rooms we stayed are reconstructed, with A/C, great WiFi, breakfast as room service was good. Restaurant Champion nearby is very good.

It was cold at the reception and all the corridors. Also, the bathroom was cold.

The hotel has a big parking lot - that was the main reason to choose it. There is a great view from the upper floors.

Video games for kids all free, great for the kids. outside also toys for childrens. Nice.

Hotell is pleasant, but in winter because no many guests recepction desk and lobby are very cold, no heating.

The hotel lobby was freezing. I felt really sorry for the desk clerk who had to sit there and check in guests. They were wearing parkas. Check in was fine. We were told that breakfast would be served in our room instead of the restaurant. I think this is because they didn’t want to turn on the heat in the restaurant. We got up to our room and the heater was blasting out warm air. It was quite nice as the hallway was freezing. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic. We both ordered omelettes. We got a huge omelette with ham and cheese, toast, coffee, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, and coffee. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant. The hotel has a great view of the Danube and is right beside the promenade that goes all the way along the river. The hotel is looking a little tired and could do with a sprucing up, but overall it was a nice stay.

There was no separate shower cabin in the bathroom. When you take a shower the whole bathroom and toilet become wet.

The location is top! There is a large parking area right in front of the hotel, which is very practical.

no hair dryer in the bathroom, and the heating boiler was not turned on, my husband managed to turn it on, but otherwise, if you don't know how to handle a boiler, you may not have warm water

Everything is basically fine, but it’s an older building in need of updates, the elevator is quirky and has its own rules about where it stops and who gets to use it next, they’re replacing it, the AC was dripping in my room so I had to keep a bottle under it so it didn’t damage the floor. But not a big deal.

Great view of the Danube, staff is friendly, breakfasts was an extensive spread and the fruit was excellent.

It was nice that they had a big selection for the breakfast, but you could tell some things perhaps was a few days old. The door to the room had a quite big gap at the bottom out to the corridor.

Swimming pool doesn't look like it has been used for years and this has been mentioned in previous comments but no one has bothered to remove it from the description. Don't have the 'baked food ' in not the hotel's restaurant next door as it is soggy roasted potatoes!

The elevators looked very scary.especially the old one didn't seem safe.Interior door wasn't being closed and there was an odd smell in my room but not disturbing so much.

Handy location with good restaurant next door and short walk to town. ATM close by too. Great English spoken at reception. Helpful too. Free water dispenser in hallway.

Everything was fine!

Location is superb! Hotel is huge and cosy. Has balconies in every other room, so as a smoker, highly appreciate that! Breakfast had numerous choices and the staff was extremely polite and helpful!
