Felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in a while as it was quite dusty. The room had basic minimum amenities, no hand soap in the bathroom and no kettle nor bottle of water. The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed.

The only negative point is the air conditioning missing in bedrooms....the night was really hot and was hard for our child to sleep....we tried to open the window, but a lot of noise outside :( A pity!!

The staff was really nice, the location great, well connected (bus, metro, RER...) and with lot of services around (restaurants, markets...)

Close to Place de la Nation - for those who are planning to visit Disneyland very easy to commute. Not far from the city center and major sights

There seemed to be a bit of building work going on. It didn’t affect us but not a good look. Was a bit noisy a times from the guests above but I guess that led pot luck.

Location was brilliant to get to City Center and to Disneyland. The staff where really friendly and helpful.

I guess the only thing would have been that I could hear everything going on in the other rooms, people flushing the toilet, or having a shower... But I guess that comes with the fact that the building is a little old, so if you can get passed that, then it's not really that much of an issue. Another thing was that my shower head was only handheld, which was a bit annoying to just wash my hair properly, so that could be fixed asap since it's such a necessary part of the room to have working in goo order.

I loved the location as it was 2 min away from the line 1, which is one of the best in Paris. Supermarket and restaurants within mins of the door, the room was great size, beds were really comfortable, the staff was really lovely and helpful, housekeeping was fab.

The room on the 3rd floor was very small , not suitable for 2 persons, and it was very cold in the room when i arrived.the building doesn’t have an elevator so it’s not suitable if you have heavy bagages. Also the room would need a renovation or fresh painting. The hotel is pretty far from the turistical areas so if you like to walk it’s far away, but I didn’t check this aspect before booking the room

The heating system didn’t work resulting in high humidity and low temperature inside the room ( visit end of November).

A lot of buildings in paris mostly don’t have elevator! you have to remember this! i was at the 3 rd floor so okay.. if you want to have a nice view from room this hotel is not reccomended!

location is near to metro 1 station nation which is one line to the many touristic places.. paris is everywhere beautiful even it is closed to the péripherique but this area is cute.. in the corner you can see franprix supermarket and they sell very good croissant! so you don’t have to go to touristic place to get to that even supermarket in paris sells very fluffy soft croissant!

Room was on the 4th floor with no lift. It had no view although the booking was for a city view. The room was quite small and not as nice as the photos seen when booking.

Stairs. I didn't see a lift. The hotel does feel like a beautiful, authentic older property which was really nice, but the climb to my room was a bit of a toll. Breakfast 12 Euros.

I visited in September when the weather was just right. I was met by a lovely male staff member who spoke English. My room was on the second floor. The double bed was comfy, there was a good sized tv, a safe, a fan and a hairdryer in the ensuite, there was also free WiFi. The room was bright and clean. I was given an after hours code to get back into the hotel. This is ideal for couples. Close to Metro. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Comfort, we had a member of staff knock on our room at 9:15pm when we were in bed without any warning. I have severe anxiety which caused problems for myself.

The room was a little bit small for three people and was really warm even at night. It should have air conditioning in the rooms especially when it's 28 or 30 degrees because the room is kept warm and it's difficult to sleep.

the hotel was nice and clean, the bathroom really nice, and the staff very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is close to the tube and brings you very quickly to the center of Paris and I really appreciate it.

when I arrived the reception could not find my booking as I had booked an extra night beforehand. It was extremely stressful to arrive having booked the 3 nights through booking.com after a long flight to be told my booking for 3 was not there. He found it eventually, but very poor arrival experience.

the bathroom was new and lovely. owner was great.
